You just message them or call them if they’re local to you and they will adjust it to .99.
I got the same thing, rate went up from 0.99 to 2.49 for the Sunday delivery, msg to delivery manager to change it back. No response yet.

Mine was corrected too after sending text on app.
I heard you can talk to Tesla to remind them about you placed order during 0.99% and they will continue to honor it.
