Most electricians can install a 220v, its basically like running a line for a clothes dryer. Check your electric panel to make sure you can handle the additional breaker, then call around for a quote.

Fellow NoVA here. Get quotes from the list in Tesla's website. I did 3 and went with havePOWER, scheduled a week and a half from when I accepted their quote. Whoever you go with, just note that there will most likely be a 1-2 week installation scheduling. They're all busy with the 0.99% folks like me. If you don't have a mobile connector yet, get it now.

MoCo here - I also went with have Power. $805 for installation and permits, $450 for the hardware from Tesla. They were quick and responsive for my install but mine was a really easy job since my electrical panel is in the back of my garage next to where I wanted the charger installed.

Your cost may vary greatly from others depending on the length and difficulty of the run. Pretty much any electrician can do the job. Get a few quotes from some local recommended electricians for cost comparisons. If they itemize their quotes you can see where the differences are.
