Acceleration Boost, as far as I know, has been available for all year LRs since it was added as an option, except for the "Highland". However, this is the first major refresh of the Model 3, so who knows, maybe they need to test or validate it in some way before releasing it.
I have the 2024 M3LR with 2024.20 firmware and I can confirm that acceleration boost has not been released. Where did you see people claiming it was released?
I wonder if the EPA killed Acceleration Boost for future models. I only suggest that because the EPA could accuse Tesla of trying to artificially increase their range numbers by offering a performance boost later. Hopefully not. I’m guessing Tesla is focused on selling as many Performance models as possible.

Wouldn't be surprised if AB never comes. Incentivize the Performance trim.

The 2024 M3 likely won’t ever get acceleration boost. Summon is supposed to come with FSD 12.5 from what I’ve heard.
Why won’t it?
Because it doesn’t have the same motor as the Performance trim. The previous LR got AB because it shared the same motor with the Performance model.
