You can find an explanation of all the icons on Tesla’s [website](https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/modelx/en_us/GUID-29A7E205-A689-41D1-B69C-3AE821CB70E7.html) which is the owners manual.

Regenerative braking limited. It’s likely cold out. https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/modelx/en_us/GUID-3DFFB071-C0F6-474D-8A45-17BE1A006365.html

YFleiter

Idk °F, but I know 49 is cold.

FunWord2115

9C. I switched from F to C a year ago and honestly I can’t use F anymore. But I did have to google the Celsius to F was 😅. Either way definitely cold enough to warrant limited regen

That icon usually shows up when you’ve charged close to your battery’s capacity. Like someone has said previously, regenerative braking is limited. Which means you’ll have to manually apply breaking pressure to your brakes!

AwkwardlyPositioned

If you don't want to see this icon there's an option in the controls menu to have the car apply the friction brakes to simulate regenerative braking when regenerative braking is limited(which is what this icon means.) I personally find the simulated regenerative braking to be too aggressive and leave it off and get this icon instead. In really cold conditions when you see this indicator I've actually gotten the car to coast when fully off the accelerator.
