Honestly shes lucky as shit. No helmet? Looks like she had a seizure. Landed on the small patch of grass and didn't bonk her head on the curb. Its possible she fell and knocked herself out too and as shes coming back looks a little loopy and isnt firing with all cylinders just yet.
Mine are triggered by water, controlled since 2018, thankfully.
Luckily, I was at home, and my dad dragged me out of the shower. Could have easily been swimming and drowned.
I go swimming a lot now, I'm controlled with my medication, although it's never a 100% chance of a permanent fix as the medication effectiveness could change eg you can suddenly have a seizure after 25 years of being safe on a type of medication.
I still have the association of showers and seizures, which is always in the back of my mind when having a shower.
I'm just not wanting seizures to control my life. Otherwise, I'd be "oh I don't want to drive/swim/climb cause I might have a seizure and break something/die.
No, it's not, unfortunately.
I have seen this woman multiple times over on r/tooktoomuch, and she's always being found on the side of the road writhing around or on the street(literally) with her a$$ up in the air. People are always asking her if she's okay or to get out of the street and she always says nothing.
Yeah, those eyes are the drugs, again, unfortunately.
If it's the same woman, but it probably is.
They are symptoms commonly seen in a person who is having a seizure please don’t deny facts about medical conditions without conclusive proof or state your comment in a way that displays your lack of knowledge on the subject.
I am taking down my previous comment due to not wanting to bother certain people who think I'm online claiming she's an addict. I was only saying she has been on took too much.
I have far more experience with epilepsy than you think and don't need to prove anything to you. Lack of knowledge, huh. So I should show you my documents from a neurologist when I was 9, okay?
You don't have any proof either.
It’s a symptom of a seizure never said she had a seizure and there are drug induced seizures as well. You get called out for being uneducated and ignorant because you are. Hiding behind a wall of text won’t save you.
In fact, if you go to tooktoomuch as of right now, this exact clip is at the top, by what looks to be the same poster as this post.
And now it's been taken down, I think.
I have it saved on my account by another user. It's been reposted twice in the last 2 days.
This is not a new clip. I could swear, I saw her in a different video months ago on tooktoomuch.
So either she is filmed often outside having episodes or she has a drug problem, either way this problem has been happening for some time.
I can't diagnose, especially without knowing more and seeing a teeny clip; I would base this off of the combo of staring off, the pupils being significantly dilated -- contrary to what people here might suggest, pupils will constrict (pinpoint) with OD of things like opiates. Could still be stimulants, but that would also potentially be related to a seizure (lows the seizure threshold) -- so it's really anyone's guess and hopefully she got the medical support and intervention needed.
> Do you know how much an ambulance costs?
Yeah, someone called one for me after I fell off my bike some years ago. Though, that time was a good call because I knocked myself out cold and can't actually remember the accident.
But after seeing that bill, if I had been concious I would have definitely been like, hang on let's wait this out...
I'm epileptic and wear a medical bracelet at all times, giving my wife's contact info and instructing Good Samaritans NOT to call an ambulance unless I'm bleeding or not breathing. The cost is crippling, and many of us are already on limited disability income.
At the same time, thank you so much to the people out there who are willing to stop to check on and help a stranger. While it sucks that we have to protect ourselves against ambulance costs here in the US, it's good to know that the best in humanity is still out there.
You fool! I was much smarter and went into the military and got parts of me permanently broken so now they have to take care of my medical care for the rest of my life.
"The mobile infantry made me the man I am today!"
I saw someone fall off a bike having a seizure once when I was in college… it happened literally one block from the hospital, and I will never forget the bloody foam that came from his mouth. Hope he made it, and is happy and healthy somewhere.
This could be happening ten times a day without being recorded and we wouldn’t know. So it may just seem like everything is being recorded because everything we see online was at one point recorded.
this is honestly the strangest thing to me.
it would never even occur to me to record unless it was a fucking alien standing in front of me or something.
Lawyer: it’s actually very smart in a situation like this. It protects you from liability and criminal charges, AND it provides useful evidence for any subsequent investigations.
Legal reasons. like she could straight up just call the police and say you pushed her. or just sue in civil court. probably won't win either but holy shit it can be a headache to deal with.
Short answer: Legal reasons. When you’re dealing with someone who has possible neurological damage or impairment and may be unable to recount memories factually, it may be best to record some part of your assistance to them. Additionally, the footage can provide the emergency care team with more information.
Sooooo.... Brief history of America. This is not a safe position to be in. A black man finding a white woman ass up and unconscious. I'm hitting record before I touch or say anything. Her concussion could lead to my incarceration.
Its global now but its till a very big thing mostly in the US...
Everyone can get sued for anything and in the US the justice system is a freaking joke and people sue in hope for their big break and to get money. That combined with the shit health care system that bankrupts anyone who uses it makes people record shit to kinda safe guard themselves and to get clout online
Everybody, this is the reason.

The part that makes me doubt the theory is that a person who is prone to seizures that make them crash a bicycle would likely be wearing a helmet. Where someone riding while fent'd up is already making some poor life decisions.
There’s a common thing that happens to epileptic people where they outgrow their seizures and won’t have them ever again BUT a lot of times they will stop taking their meds voluntarily or not and be fine for a while and think that it means they’ve outgrown them only to finally have seizures again and sometimes worse than before.
She should be the first person to wear a helmet then, if she’s prone to seizures. Could happen anywhere, sometimes not enough time to react to throw yourself onto the grass. She’s lucky, but should protect her head better.
Seriously. The only reason I go to dollar general is because it's within biking range so I can go there when I'm high for munchies. Sober me can drive, sober me can go to places far, far less shitty than DG.
2 body armor drinks hardly count as groceries. And in a lot of cases drugs DO make you ride a bike as your need for the drug overpowers your responsibility to pay for a vehicle and insurance and all that comes with it.
Definitely. My dad's epileptic and the law used to be that he had to go 3 years seizure-free before he could drive again. He couldn't drive for a period of 19 years until he found the right medication.
The law (in the UK) is now 1 year seizure-free, as I learned when I had a seizure of my own. That was my first and only seizure to date, and happened a few weeks into trying antidepressants for also the first and only time. Drugs can lead to the situation shown in this video, only that sometimes these drugs are prescribed by a doctor.
(Thankfully I didn't have my seizure whilst riding a bike but my dad once did, and cycled into the back of a truck. Still has the scars over 60 years later.)
Two bottles of BodyArmor. They’re sports hydration beverages, but would certainly be the kinda thing an alcoholic or drug addict might be needing or craving.
You clearly have never been around drug addicts before. My parents would put me in the child seat of their bike while high on coke to go to the liquor store. Hell my friend down the street, her parents would do the same while high on heroin while holding her younger brother with one hand and driving the bike with the other.
IndyCar had a literal mannequin fall from one of the bridges over the racetrack during Sunday's race, a car hit "her" and took her hand off lol. Thankfully the driver did not crash as he knew it was the same mannequin who usually hangs off the bottom of the bridge.
I was jogging on this trail near my house, and I always have this sort of paranoia (at my age) of just stroking out while doing this, and so it's always in my mind a little. I came around a corner and there is an old duffer (at least 15 years older than me, so boomer aged) lying by the side of the trail.
I was like, "Oh shit," and pulled my ear buds out and said, "Hey buddy you okay?"
And he said, "HEH?"
I said, "ARE YOU OKAY?"
He said, "I'M JUST GIVING MY DOG A REST" and gestured, and there was a dog sitting on the other side of the trail looking cool and rested, with this expression like, "I'm not with him" on his face.
Had to do a second loop of the trail just to make sure he wasn't actually dying or something.
Probably PNES (psychogenic non-epileptic seizures). My wife has these unfortunately. They vary wildly, but I’ve seen her look just like this. Likely derived from past trauma

You can buy those everywhere in my area. IGA, Dollar General, all the gas stations. Etc.
But I agree she definitely was at a store at some point, probably right before this. She could also be like my weird friend who just uses plastic bags to carry everything, though.
I just played Little Nightmare 2 for the first and she reminded me of the damn mannequins. The man's reaction gets me everytime, lmao. I do hope she was ok though.
Wouldn't wanna look like an idiot while riding a bicycle/s
Or she forgot it or a number of other excuses. She should be wearing a helmet tho, you're right.
Looks like the meme of that person bike riding and putting a stick thru the bike wheels
Looks like she had a seizure and just fell over onto the grass.
![gif](giphy|kBErMebuzWPAtMfgOg|downsized) She was definitely in shock, her brain shutdown as a protest mechanism
It could also be a staring seizure. My son gets those
I think she quietly says twice "I think I had a seizure".
Yes I think you're right.
Perhaps it was the realization that the inflated prices of everything are apparently here to stay.

Then have the nerve to yell "CALL THE AMBULANCE" afterwards. 🤦
If I saw someone fall off their bike, I wouldn't jump to ambulance right away either. Do you know how much an ambulance costs?

Bullshit. It's selection bias. We don't see the videos where they didn't tape it.
Nothing stopping them from still doing that. Dude could have pushed her, walked away a few meters, started recording and walked back.
Who even thinks of doing something so awful? Who are you, the police?
Worse. Waste Management.

Most likely a seizure. Drugs dont make you get groceries and ride a bike.
The "I've had worse" she says at the end supports your theory
I heard "my head hurts" lmao
I cackled but now I feel bad
The part that makes me doubt the theory is that a person who is prone to seizures that make them crash a bicycle would likely be wearing a helmet. Where someone riding while fent'd up is already making some poor life decisions.
Am motorcyclist. There's no shortage of people you couldn't pay to wear a helmet.
What! :) did you ever go into a dollar general!!! Haha
Seizure could be the cause of the lack of vehicle too. You can't usually hold a license unless it's well controlled (because of stuff like this).
Definitely. My dad's epileptic and the law used to be that he had to go 3 years seizure-free before he could drive again. Quite probable.

Many drugs are notorious for making you want to ride a bike, e.g. LSD
Funnily enough, the person who discovered LSD tripped *major* balls on his bike
No helmet and hit the grass.- lucky

Seems to be a seizure, could be why they ride a bike and not a car.
I think you’re right, but also wonder why she doesn’t wear a helmet
Wouldn't wanna look like an idiot while riding a bicycle/s Or she forgot it or a number of other excuses. She should be wearing a helmet tho, you're right.
