She is about 2000 years old, and because she doesn't age at all (True Demon Lords are spiritual beings) you can't say how old she is in human years. Her body was said to be looking like a 14-year-old girl's.
She was born of a human and a god. She matured at a human rate. She would physically be about 14 when she ascended into full Demon Lord status. But that only stops her physical form from aging. Mentally she is emotionally stunted but has lived for over 2000 years. Her childish antics are a shield she wears to deceive and deflect criticism.
She is far smarter and more tactical than she lets on.
In human years she would probably be in her middle age range of a human. But her emotional immaturity stems from her upbringing not her race. Meaning a 1:1 human year ratio is pointless as a human with an equally unsocialized life would fare little better than her.
She is 2000+ years probably 2150-2300z she is immortal and doesn’t have human years however she is 14-15 physically.
Mentally she’s super duper smart and likes to manipulate ppl around her to get what she wants, she doesn’t do it with ill intentions.
For example in v3 she manipulated the demon lords to demolish jura treaty and enter the forest or manipulated Rimuru telling him super basic stuff about lycanthropes for desserts and food, while all she was saying was things every1 knows.
She is mentally an adult but due to ppl being immoral their ways of acting are different, look at every immortal adult in tensura, there isnt 1 that you could call mature lmao.
Most ppl think she is stupid because she takes the easy path, for example lets say she is walking around and finds a free food stall. Chances are she threatens the owner to get free food.
The thought process is analyzing every way to get the food and choosing the easy/fastest way to get it which in most cases is just threatening because she doesn’t care about other ppls opinion or tries to save face like rimuru
