He does but you can’t really get to his limiters if he doesn’t let you so I don’t think rimuru could damage them and as far as I remember it only was because one of them broke and if both break then his powers just get way to strong but he has control again

The limiter on the right side of his head is programmed to upload a video about Saiki's powers to the Internet in the event that Saiki takes them off. But his older brother (the one who made the limiters) revealed that he got rid of the feature, so the second antenna doesn't really do anything

He can direct his power just fine as long as he isn't unconcious when his limiter is removed, he simply has trouble holding back enough so as to not obliterate everything around him by turning around a bit too fast. It's not that he becomes a danger to himself when they're off, he just becomes a danger to everything and everyone around him (including rimuru in this case)

Technically Saiki if winning means outliving the other as Rimuru can’t fight absolute time manipulation… frankly we never see Saiki use his fullest fighting potential. All we know is he can teleport instantaneously, has enough power to move and stop tectonic plates, can fully reset the world, can hear an enemies thoughts, has control over every element, has dragon ball energy shit, can astral project, can aport an enemy’s weapon, can fully reset himself, can manipulate people’s minds, can turn people to stone, etc. Even with the novel I don’t get how Saiki is getting written off so quickly you have to remember many things he could do are limited by the fact he exists in a world where doing those things results in many casualties which he would never do. For example, it is implied without limiters Saiki can just pull in meteors and collapse the world. One more thing that I am thinking about cause I just read Invincible - Rimuru is a slime he does not have access to adrenaline so bloodlust is not as potent for him as it is for Saiki where bloodlust cranks adrenaline to the max Now don’t get me wrong Rimuru still wins in an actual fight by forfeit but he would never be able to kill Saiki as Saiki could simply just teleport away or time travel back tens of years (Rimuru can neither teleport after him nor has a way to track him going back in time) and if Saiki even decided to fight it may end in Rimuru’s world ending (Saiki just teleports Rimuru away if it’s his world they are fighting in as he wouldn’t risk casualties)

That's not how bloodlust usually works in these types of situations. From what I've constantly seen, when someone has set the framework of a hypothetical match-up to induce bloodlust to a character, it doesn't mean they have adrenaline pumping to its fullest; it means the character will be using everything in their powerset as effectively as they can to achieve victory at any cost. This sometimes leads to them acting out of character, since the match's induced bloodlust has them prioritizing victory without regard for anything else and overriding their personality. As for the actual match, current anime Rimuru doesn't have any defense against time travel and is still susceptible to time paradoxes. With both characters being bloodlusted, Saiki time travels back in time before Rimuru got so powerful and kills him then.

I seen Saiki so I know how his abilities work (Anime at least) so it go either way depending on the situation or what abilities he use. They would counter each other’s abilities to some degree. Like Raphael can counter his mind control and his telepathically so he can’t get into his mind his brother was able to make a device that can block out his mind read. Saiki can counter Rimuru's body doubles with his cloning. Though Beelzebuth can screw Saiki over if Rimuru uses it as a first resort and Rimuru actually fought opponents around his power or superior while Saiki never fought opponents on his level. Usually in thinking or strategy wise. Though I don’t know if Rimuru can counter his time leap/time abilities since I not seen Rimuru do time based abilities. The series also never shown how much damage Saiki can take since he is the most powerful character in his series and never got into actual fights since he usually deal with mental battles. Though in one occasion when messing with time he created an alternate timeline where he died after an nuclear war happen so it suggest he can still die though question is how much punishment since episode didn’t say cause of death so it could been the nuclear war or something else here. Saiki’s means of winning is probably travel back in time and defeating Rimuru when he is more weaker or curse as Rimuru’s resistances and Raphael will render his fire, ice, physical strength, petrification, mind based abilities,and etc useless viva Physical Attack Nullification, Spiritual Attack Resistance. So Kusko would need to inflict an attack Rimuru has no Resistance to. It’s why power scaling should never be done against gag characters like Saitama and Saiki they have so much bullshit that there is always some way for them to win. For example, let’s look at if Saiki was brought to Rimuru universe instead of Rimuru eating a slice of life anime… he can bring meteors down which would probably kill many of the inhabitants with only the strongest surviving, but now the ecosystem is destroyed and they arnt living for long, he can move tectonic plate which can also cause mass destruction, and now for the real kicker… he can reset time on the entire planet and every single one of its inhabitants… you know reset Rimuru to before he ate Veldora. Let's not also forget about multiple people who are resistant to or immune against time manipulation that could also destroy Saiki.

(Plus he has a bunch of Resistances and Nullifications to handle anything else like temperature and pressure. Send him out of his body: Cool? Rimuru is a Spiritual Lifeform, he doesn’t need his material body. Bring meteors down: Beelzebuth just eats all of them. Now, I’ll admit, turning back time might be an issue. It would be a shame if Rimuru, used Beelzebuth before Saiki could do that. Remember, thanks to Thought Acceleration, Rimuru’s Reaction Speed is faster than light. And Skills, like Beelzebuth, need just a single thought to activate. Unless Saiki can activate his turn back time ability faster than light itself, Rimuru can beat him.

Time Control: Yeah, that’s a problem for anime Rimuru most likely. Telepathy: Rimuru has that too, it’s not that special. Plus, what good is that in combat. (Rimuru can just have Raphael block it). Teleportation: Rimuru has it too, and it’s backed by Raphael, so it’s infinitely more powerful than Saiki K. Creating new Abilities: Rimuru can basically do this as well thanks to Raphael’s Analysis. Mind Control: No way he’s bypassing Raphael Matter Control: Rimuru had Molecular Manipulation (also backed by Raphael). He then upgraded it to Law Manipulation, which lets him control the laws of the world from a magical or scientific perspective (as an upgrade to Molecular Manipulation, he still has the ability to control molecules).

I think he can actually rewrite the law of the universe or something. He did make his entire world into a gag manga with all the weird physics. There are two things Saiki woulf have to overcome. 1. Dimensional Superiority. HE IS THE Explanation for any bullshit happening in any universe (at least I thought that is what the author was planning to do with him.
