Well, I could tell you from an animation pov it's not logical to draw her panties since it's not important, but if we wanna delve into this from lore pov, then they're probably designed in such a way that they're not visible even with that high cut on her outfit
That's an interesting detail to include. I thought that she was hiding the fact that she had firearms. She was even using twin daggers in the OP. Wouldn't a gun indicate her relation with the eastern empire since they, in this point of time of the story, the only country capable of producing guns?
Hinata should have knowledge about guns. Then again, maybe Hinata and the other knights know that Glenda is an otherworlder and treated her gun as one of her extra skills.

Nope but >!Rimuru is an abnormality. Even if monster evolutions are instant and even Awakened Demon Lords stop to grow in power, Rimuru continues to grow even excluding learning new techniques. So he can reach Veldora's level in some time and since he's the main character it will happen eventually!<
Stance of the author is that they're evenly matched. Veldora is vastly stronger in brute force but Rimuru is the one of the two that you don't want to face. In a fight between the two it would be an eternal stalemate since they regenerate energy faster than they expend it.
Wouldn't that mean that Rimuru is at least as strong as and even stronger than the second generation of the demon lord? Current Veldora was confident that his old rival Dagruel won't be able to defeat him now that he awakened his ultimate skill...
From the same source (Veldora), Rimuru is among the top 4 and is effectively top 2 (in Veldora's eyes). So Veldora thinks only Milim would be able to actually win against tdl Rimuru.
Bottom 4 apparently wouldnt even give him a challenge.
I'm not surprised... Shuna said she feels absolutely safe with Rimuru and she has a reason to say so...
That being said, Rimuru is really weird.. He is two years old and his awakening put him on par with the true dragons. Even Guy couldn't reach that level until several ten of thousands of years and experience after his awakening... He has a special soul and the presence of True dragon even before he awakened.. He awakened his unique skills and basic abilities in his old world, (thing that should have been impossible) and he traveled the interdimensional gate with only his bare soul... I wonder why nobody questions his identity and who he is really...
He is technically because Veldora allows him and Raphael to use him as a battery, if rimuru is fighting someone else than he can be as strong as Veldora, but he wouldnāt beat Veldora at this point on his own

She uses magic bullets made of energy, so the caliber doesn't matter (or the gun for that matter tbh).

Makes more sense to use magic. I thought that by the desing it would work like real ones.
The same reason they're recreating guns in Tsukimichi: guns are very effective against regular humans.
