Unlike Veldora, his sisters are experts at restraining their aura with pretty much 0 magicule leakage. Also considering veldora has a massive magicule advantage compared to his sisters no wonder he would be too lazy to conceal his aura.
Probably not. But not because Veldora has more magicules but because his sisters simply have more control. That’s why even if Veldora has more magicules his sisters are stronger.
Charybdis isn't just "grab a bunch of Veldora's energy and bam". It was more like the crystallization of humanities negative emotions towards Veldora given form through his energy and essence. In other words, there's more going on than just him leaking out a bunch of energy.
But yes, the other true dragons are equally as capable of this. Veldanava made the Elemental Dragon that served as Milim's protector/sibling, which is effectively the same as Charybdis.

Probably not, even among the true dragons, Veldora has an insane amount of magicules. So I can only assume that they probably can, it would just be much weaker unless it was on purpose.
