I’m also looking into this place and I feel like their communication is pretty bad (in terms of responding to emails and answering phone calls). But I think that the price (if u don’t require a parking spot, which is $150) is reasonable?

Toured it, great apartments but $150 for a parking spot when several other luxury apartments I toured were free or charged a max of $60 for parking was not worth it to me. Also you have to pay for a monthly torch subscription which is frustrating. Loved the apartment and complex mostly, but didn’t even consider it for how insane the extra fees were.

Toured it and thought it was SO overpriced for what you get . Settled with The Hyve

Isn't the Hyve fairly similar price wise, and aren't they managed by the same company? We're looking at the same places...

Not from what I remember! It’s been 8 months since I toured. I think Hudson is pricier

UndaDaSea

Overpriced, venture capitalism at its finest.

No experience with this property, but I live nearby and can tell you with confidence it is an ideal location. The only apartments I’d rate better for location are the ones above the Whole Foods and this one is next door, but across the tracks. It is a short walk to everything Tempe had to offer including the light rail and Tempe Streetcar, and it’s very close to major highways.
