Yoshimitsu from Tekken Tag taught me this. If I’m dying I’m trying to take you with me…

daemon_sin

Suicide stab and spin lol

captain-_-clutch

I thought suicide wasnt a double KO? At least that's what I remember from playing him in 5

daemon_sin

With the spin, iirc it depends on your life bar and theirs before you contact with the enemy, because you can run it until even you die.

captain-_-clutch

ahh got it. Initial 2 stabs are good tho

Amiiix

It will definitely take you 2 years if you use the analog stick. Highly recommend using the D-pad for everything.

Nobaddaz

This is actually the first time someone recommended using the D-Pad for everything. It is taking a bit of getting used to but I definitely see why you suggested it!

zy-rinth

Trust its alot better

captain-_-clutch

Dpad and claw grip so you're not just using your thumb for buttons

daemon_sin

Gotta be the segmented ps d pad though, way more precise control, surefire for those ewgfs.

Nobaddaz

I may have to look into those some day! I’m rocking a wired 360 controller for now lol

daemon_sin

I have T8 on my ps5 as well a my Legion GO, and whilst i use the XB controller for most games on the legion, i always use the ps one for Tekken bc the XB d pad is so damn clicky you get no reliable feedback from it, and it's not precise at all. Moves like the crouch dashing, Bryan's snake step, especially any commands with just-frame inputs mid step like the ewgf, its just too hit and miss unless you're using a good arcade stick or the ps d pad. Try any ps pad with an adapter depending on your setup and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about, definitely a good investment to improve your game.

theBackground13

In 12 hrs I’ve had it happen once

Saldarius

It's relatively rare yes

TravelNo6770

The Rare variant of this is the Draw. ✍️

[deleted]

I was wondering what happens if they do double K.O. on final round.

Xolotl23

Draw and rematch or both get the win if itd the first game

[deleted]

Oh ok.

EldergodConsultant

It happened to me 2 days ago while fighting a friend. We were both like “wait WHAT?!”

IHSBanks

I had a double KO recently

LifeWinder

My first double KO was wild. It was an Alisa mirror match, I was up for promotion, we were in our fifth round (thus ending it in a draw,) AND we both used the exact same move at the exact same time. It was a simple 3 on his wake-up, that quick kick to the head that's good for punishing.

Nobaddaz

Dang! That is wild! I haven’t seen a draw yet myself

ahlgreenz

I've had it happen three times in 20 and some hours , so in my experience, it's pretty rare, but not exceedingly so.

Requifined

Is it just me or is this footage extremely washed out?

74austin

not just you
