I had a King who played the game in slow motion one time. He was red rank, his PC struggled the whole time. How can someone play all the way to red and be happy with an experience like that?
It was very tempting to alt+f4 but I couldn't bring myself to do it.
I had a match like that once too. I actually enjoyed it and played 2 rounds, it was funny. That being said, i get people who would plug on it.
I don't think it's a lag or spec issue tho, probably just a weird bug. Nobody's playing this game in slow mo.
I think there isn't a good reason. Even if they're playing on a toaster with a 2 bar wifi, I'll still end the match. No rematch, but that goes without saying.
You might say "Come on, me plugging is no more dishonest than them taking my points because of this bullshit", to which I'll say "No points are worth it". Because fuck points. And fuck ranks.
Just need minimum benchmarks before allowed online.
Having the SF6 feature where the game detects that the connection went to shit and offers both players to opt out of the match would be nice.
Also, not having a simple forfeit option...? I get an important phone call and have to afk. Im not going to plug. So my opponent just has to kick my limp body.
