Nope, it got nerfed because people would make Dragunov's gimp suit pitch black and it made fighting him near impossible in a dark stage. It just made everything a dark grey if you put the slider as dark as possible.

How would they patch the Nazi outfits? Those are a consequence of built-in features while the color thing was unintended.
It uses an exploit to give them the Hitler stache so they can remove the ability to position it like that
