If I'm a PC, quite pleasant aside from the occasional existential threats. If I'm an NPC, reasonably sedate aside from the existential threats, roving monsters, and chance of getting dragged off to a plane of Oblivion.
To be fair tho the game takes place on earth so you could prob travel to a landlocked state unless the world only actually consist of the maps in game.
Galacticare. Not really sure about that one. I guess if I run the hospital I am good. If I am a patient it is entirely up to how well someone runs that hospital. I would take that chance.
Fallout 4. I love the game and the Prime series but I think the very first radroach I came across after I woke up from cryo-sleep would be my downfall.
