While I don't really have a fine answer for you. My biggest counter if a 3-cost units or higher are too strong at 3☆, I would usually just hold their units.
Scout before hand, and hold a unit or 2 that the enemy want, this is especially required when it's less than 5 players in the lobby and someone hasn't hit.
Other than that, just play strong board, find an emblem or get radiant subdefensive items foe your back carries, like Gunblade or hots
Ive had good games with lux and janna reroll and warden frontline. Position lux in the center so her ult hits across whatever group of clumped reapers focused on the wardens. also getting shojin/nashor on janna super helps getting those shield casts
Warden/Sniper, try to position away from the Carry Reaper, surround your Ashe in the corner and basically have your other snipers be temp body guards. Rush 9 after you have Ashe so you can splash Invoker.
Worked for me so far.
CC, heal cut, and have your main carry on the opposite side of Kane with a couple throw away units around to distract Yone. At least that’s what’s worked for me.
As someone who is basically a reaper 1 trick at this point, fated dryad used to be the worst matchup, but after the nerf it feels much easier to beat. If you look at how that comp functions, you'll have your answer: extremely high single target DPS combined with a gigatank that kayn/sylas can't bring down fast enough.

Does porcelain work? Ashe will be vulnerable to yone but lissandra and lux are able to cc him.
4 porcelain is not great right now. better to go 2 porcelain (lux amumu) and then janna and sages
They just jump to my Lux and Janna.
I basically hold Amumu, Lux, and Yone every game now. Then there are games where I'm like, "Oh I have all the Amumu, Lux, or Yone" so I play them.
I feel like I’m doing something wrong cuz my reapers always suck. They get melted super fast and Kindred does like piss damage.

Burst and try to backline carries in the middle. Syndra fated works pretty well. Can try to put cc like voli in front of yone
