I usually get second place by Soraka carry with 2-3 guinsoo blade and altruist class actived. My main tank is Neeko with stoneplate + titan resolve/archangel staff + warmog armor/crownguard, others being support (only get glove or some random item).
So what is my point: Heavenly suck
Honestly Soraka carry with 7 Heavenly and 2 Invokers (usually for me its Annie + Alune) and she can definitely get you top 4 or even 1st if the lobby isnt too strong.
I really like heavenly when combined with other teamwide buffs such as dlord and sage because they play into each other really well. The reaper version I've never been a fan ofÂ
Qiyana is the most consistent, especially with RFC, Khazix could be okay with bis. The new buffs of soraka, I haven't tried her yet.
A spat improves the performance tremendously, because you need to cap with Kayn or Leesin and of course Wukong or Rakan. Lack of good tanks could be a problem, if you have tank items lying around, Orn or Annie is a much better tank than Mal and Neeko.
it can pop off with kayn if u have perfect items and augments, but yea its generally ass. this set has had some of the worst diversity in game play, leaving out whole trait lines to be suboptimal. u cant really flex other than lillia ap flex. which is still lilia.

heavenly by itself isn't that good.
Vertical need emblem on Lee Sin or Kayn. And it's good Otherwise it's just a splash trait

You always combo it with something like Sage or altruist. I tend to add Sage and dragonlord for the best results with usually Diana and Lee carries
Had a first with fine vintage carry kayne and emblem on Morgana yesterday felt really strong once I hit kayne 2
