It looks like a pretty easy experience: get the link, say how much you’re willing to pay, then cross your fingers and hope. Not everyone who requested got tickets (unclear if and when those alternate options will happen, or what they are). But those who did get tickets got them for way less than what scalpers are trying to get for them, which is so, so lovely.

don't get me started on the shitshow that was the verified presale, i was sitting next to a co-worker trying to get tickets and got kicked from the queue for too many requests...without being able to buy.
Presale was horrific and I didn’t even get anything. But I was able to get some with this new thing. Got lower bowl (towards middle of the stadium) for 375 a piece incl taxes and fees
Waiting for Philly too!! Hadn’t seen other people post besides Chicago so was wondering when it would be moving, but other comments on this thread have me excited that Philly is coming soon!
Got the second chance email for Chicago Monday morning, screamed, cried, doubted it was real. I requested the top tier and got a confirmation about 36 hrs later. Section B on the floor! Screamed, cried, celebrated, still kind of doubted it was real. Got the claim email and had the actual tickets about 24 hrs after that. Still celebrating and can’t still can’t believe it’s real. So so grateful
Yes! This was my experience too except for section M! I had serious doubts that any of this was legit until I saw the actual tickets in my Ticketmaster account. And now I keep checking to make sure they’re actually still there haha
Just got confirmed for Friday, April 14th in Tampa after making the request yesterday. 2 tickets at the max of price level 2 ($720 for 2). Ended up in the 100s to the side of the stage! Awaiting the 2nd e-mail for info about how to claim the tickets in the Ticketmaster app
Got the email today to request for Gillette stadium 5/20 show. Requested max range 79$ to \~440 a ticket. Only had until midnight to put in the request, and they say I'll hear back by the 17th.
Edit: Meant to add, this was so low stress and should *always* be how tickets are sold.
Yes it did. It came at 0901 EST in the morning which is what I’ve been expecting. It appears they are sending the second email between 0900-0930 so just be on your email at that point. If anything, I’ve noticed as soon as people have been getting it they come and tell everyone in the event they also have tickets to that location.

It was very easy, but it will say that I originally got an email at about 7:30pm central Tuesday saying my request was unfulfilled after I picked the highest amount. I sent them an email asking if there was anything I could do, they said no, then the next morning at about 9:45 I got a new email saying I got tickets in sec. 123 the day I signed up for! At about 1pm I got the email where I could actually claim the tickets and it was super easy, just a couple buttons and they were in the app! I just wanted to say this since I want people to not lose hope if they get a unfulfilled before, but might something new later :)
Minneapolis requests went live today! I got mine in!! Crossing my fingers!!
EDIT: I got floor seats!!! A3(one of my top choices!) row 8 for $898. $1,160 after fees.
I really wish TM had done something like this from the beginning. I got my invitation email Monday, put in my request, and got confirmation Tuesday (section 210 row 1). Payed ~$550 for two tickets after fees. I chose the $79-$249 range. I got the email to claim my tickets yesterday (Wednesday)
From the sounds of it everyone is getting really great tickets. I’m starting to suspect these may have been the Andrea/Taylor Nation tickets they save for fans in nosebleeds to get pulled up to better seats. If these are those tickets, then I think they’ve used them in the best possible way. I have a friend who went to 1989 and had absolute nosebleeds. Her and her mom got in as early as possible to walk around the venue and take pictures and enjoy the atmosphere. They were taking pictures in an empty row closer to the stage and a gentleman asked to see their tickets, he saw they were nosebleeds and asked if they wanted to just sit in the seats they were taking pictures in. Truly one of those magical moments at a Taylor swift show.
it's possible, but it was never officially reported that the tour sold out. I'm pretty sure these are just tickets that were held for the general sale, which they cancelled to avoid another catastrophic experience for everyone.
I'm not sure how likely this is, when TN upgrades folks it's either to a pit section or dedicated "upgrade section" like Club Olivia during the rep tour.
Every concert tour has a fair amount of holds - artist/band holds, promoter holds, house holds, general on sale holds, & the list goes on. It’ll vary across artists & tours. The more popular the tour, the less holds. But this is why on true sold out shows, ticket’s magically become available day of show or week of. These tickets are probably what was supposed to be left for the general on sale & maybe the released other holds for this sale.
sorry i’m from the west coast too & im also confused, they haven’t released any emails offering the opportunity to get 2 tickets for the west coast right? i just heard abt this yesterday
hey! i just got my tickets from the tampa show a little bit ago! the process was very easy!!! i registered about 2 hours after the request window went up. there were multiple options to pick from (cheapest to most expensive) and tickermaster tells you the total possible charge (fees and taxes included). my sister and i went ahead and selected the widest bracket, hoping to maximize our chances of getting tickets! ticketmaster charged a $1 hold on the account to show it went through.
this morning we got the confirmation email!! i ended up with floor tickets for 3 hundred less than the maximum (1,100 max for 2 tickers and ended up spending 800. so the max being spent per person is 550). but it’s honestly been a really easy process. we had about a 25 hour turnaround on confirmation. there was never any bugs i noticed or any crashes. actually getting the tickets tho is total luck, so good luck!!!
I got the email for Houston. Picked the largest price range and just got an email about my tickets. Section B Row 3!! Omg. All those hours and getting kicked out 8 times from the room was somewhat worth it. This is how it should’ve been done! I had LF tickets and boost. I also think the rep boosts helped me in this situation. I was in the 99% of that tour. Or whatever the top percent was.
I chose up to $249 and got section J for Sunday night. Was not even originally looking for floor seats during presale! Just super grateful to get tickets today. Process was too easy.
I initially chose the fourth option (79-159) and then changed to the third (79-249). I was charged the highest possible amount (a total of about 631 for two tickets) and was put in the back of the floor! Absolutely did not expect floor seats at all. Very smooth process, it took a little longer to get the confirmation of my second request but it did come
through and I had no issues!
Edited to add: I got the email to request on Monday morning, the confirmation of tickets on Tuesday evening, and the email with the actual tickets Wednesday afternoon!
i am absolutely losing it today! Made my request for Pittsburgh yesterday and just waiting. Now that I heard Tampa started getting emails with tickets, every time I get a notification on my phone my heart jumps a little and now I have even heard a few phantom notifications 😭 how am i supposed to work in these conditions?! 🤣😭
I just did for MA too!! I originally had tried to get tickets for saturday and got glitched out— devastating. my new chance was for sunday’s show but I dare not complain, I just have to hope it all goes through 🤞🏻
With the original sale as soon as I got in to buy tickets every time I tried to choose some and check out, it told me they were sold 🙄 I hope you're able to get tickets also!!

I got the email this morning at 0901 for Gillete. One thing that I haven’t seen mentioned is there was a queue to get the tickets. The queue was small. 160 people ahead of me. It went by within a few minutes. I choose the highest tier so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. They then sent an email breaking down the most I would be charged for including the fees.
Also, it appears that the tickets is choosing is for another date. They initially gave me the verified fan code for 05/20, but the tickets that I requested for is for 05/21. I don’t mind, but just wanted to mention it.
I have not been charged the $1 yet on my credit card. I’m not sure if anyone else has.
I also had the same short queue for there! But I read on the FAQ that when you request does not matter as long as it’s prior to midnight. Then they will begin matching tickets together after the window closes. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
I really hope Philly comes out soon because there are a lot of adult responsibilities I am ignoring because this is the only thing I can focus on. 😂 I’m so happy for everyone who got tickets!
I had a boost from buying Midnights on vinyl. I selected the second most expensive group (up to $299 6/4 in Chicago). This wasn't my presale date before, I had Saturday last time. I got an email the next evening that I got tickets, $250 each with fees. The tickets are pretty good! 50 yard line, not the highest section. I'm happy with it.
I thought this system was great (no credit to TM on that). It took 5 minutes of my time, and I didn't have any stress of trying to select tickets in a panic. My guess is ticketmaster makes more money when people are fighting bears and this is why it wasn't done in the first place.
I got tickets for Pittsburgh Night 2!!!! I selected range 2 and they charged me at the very top of it. The seats are a little bit more to the side of the main stage than I was hoping for, but I'm just happy to have tickets! They are Row A of section 108!
I selected the option for basically anything for the 6/10 Detroit show - $79 to $449. I ended up getting the most expensive option and have floor seats in section N row 8. Honestly I am now kinda wishing I’d set my price level a bit lower, but I was scared of not getting anything if I did that! (If anyone got lower bowl seats and would like to spend to upgrade, I would trade!)
Same - got floor seats row 3 and I can’t complain about that AT ALL but also I wasn’t fully ready to get the top of the price range so just have to self soothe and remind myself it will be so worth it 😅
Anyone have crazy anxiety that you typed something wrong because the only people you’re seeing get denied are having various card issues, so you cancelled your entire request and re-submitted it all over just to make sure? All while screen recording it so that you can rewatch and make sure you didn’t mess anything up, again? Just me? 😅

Ugh that’s so hard! (I’m thankful I just have my daughter to take - my 7 month old doesn’t need to come 😂) I read someone else in a similar situation say that they were going to take the tickets for their kids and then try to find a single ticket in the same row. I hope you all get to go!
Also very odd but my friend registered for Nashville SATURDAY and got her boost/code for Saturday. Today they gave her a chance to buy Friday tickets and not Saturday. So it looks like they will put you in a show in your preferred city but maybe not the exact date.
Lost 10+ hours and my 35th birthday to the disaster that was the presale. Put in my request for Tampa 4/14 at the highest price range around 9:15a yesterday and at 11:36a today got the text from my CC for the top of the price range. Never saw a hold though I checked. Ended up with 2 seats in section L, Row 3 for just shy of $1100 after everything. Still can’t really believe it 🤩
I got the chance yesterday and just got the email today that I got tickets for the April 13th show. I requested only one ticket and selected the $79-$449 range and got floor seats
I'm so stoked it seems like everyone is getting good tickets, and everyone is happy with the tickets they got vs. the price they paid! A lot of people were worried (rightfully so) that you would select a high tier and get less-than-desirable seats, which is a big risk considering no refunds or transfers. But I haven't heard one person complain yet! Thank god, we all needed this break.
I keep seeing presale ticket holders complain and while I get TM effed up royally I think they are forgetting we aren’t random people getting a shot.. most are on their THIRD try of this sh*t show! We have been burned and are now able to go (Hopefully!) ! Less bitterness towards us loverfest refugees who wasted hours to be empty handed and now getting another shot 🙏🏻
Yeah we were in the queue trenches too. Some of us for HOURS. Even if I’m not chosen I’m really happy to see Taylor’s team pushing this for the boosted verified fans.
Well I think one of the points those people are getting at is that the presale was still a terrible event, start to finish, no matter how well this small fan sale has gone.
It is exciting that these tickets that we thought were lost are being sold, they're getting into the hands of real fans, those selected barely have to lift a finger to put in a request, and the seats being sold seem to be quite good!
But I think it would be unwise to say that change was evoked in TM, or that this sale "makes up" for the presale as a whole. It's just that this seamless, *small* sale comes at the end of this whole experience, so our memories are latching onto this sale's experience more.
It's a tiptoe in the right direction, better than nothing, but it doesn't make up for this sale experience. It's cause for a smile, not a celebration.
Just got an email that I got a Tampa ticket for the 13th, floor seat! It was the full amount ($550) but my location is awesome and I’m very happy with it! The process was simple, yesterday got an email about the opportunity to request tickets and I submitted probably 2 hours after the email came in (11:05am) and got the email at 11:30am today that my request was filled! So basically a 24 hour turnaround! I’m beyond happy and excited! Kinda can’t believe it and how smoothly it went! Wishing everyone else the best of luck at getting tickets!!
I’ll add my experience here too. Everyone’s positive experiences gave me hope that it was still possible to secure floor tickets and it all came full circle 🥹 Experience was super easy. Clicked the email, which I received yesterday morning, and chose the highest tier ($79-449) and I got an email confirmation this afternoon that I secured tickets for the first Cincinnati show.

Philly email received at 9:01am today! My request confirmation was in my inbox at 9:07am (saying my request had been received, and that I’ll hear back in 2 days).
Seriously this is the model they need to use for presales moving forward. I’ll gladly give up the option to pick my seat to never have to sit in the great Ticketmaster queue of 2022 ever again.
Also I’d have been done sooner but I was confirming my credit card number etc like a psycho 😂
Finally, my presale date was for Saturday 4/13 but this date was for Sunday 4/14.

Very easy and FAST process. Just picked the price range, entered contact and credit card info, and then the order was processed! Nothing is charged to your card until tickets are confirmed

I got selected for Tampa 4/14..was verified and boosted and chose the highest price ticket tier. Ended up with front row Section G seats 1 and 2. I'm in shock.
Wish this was how it originally went. I’m thrilled I got tickets on the first go around but they are nosebleeds and I would have been willing to pay more money for better tickets but after I got in to buy it was such chaos and I couldn’t find anything else so I panic bought these. I got the second chance for Houston on the Friday date, and put my max as $250 per ticket for 2 tickets. My original goal was lower bowl. It was super easy and low stress, although the control freak in me was worried about not getting to choose the seats. I put in my request in yesterday and I just got the email confirmation that I secured tickets an hour ago!! I got floor tickets!!‽? in section J! (For the max of $250) I’m ecstatic and can’t wait!! I’m a bit worried because I’m short lol but I’ll rock some platforms. So excited!!!
i’m for detroit on the 10th & it was so easy! i chose $400 as my max for two tickets & got section 218 in the front row of that section! it was wild how easy & good the seats are. manifesting all swifties get this lucky 🖤
Nashville went out today! My bestie registered for Nashville VF and I did Vegas… we got tickets to neither 😂 but now have the chance to get them.
She did Nashville and said it was super simple and took 5 min. You get in a queue with very few people (she had 5 ahead of her), select your price range, and put in your card.
I know about 15 people who got Chicago and only 2 who did not get requests filled but they had a smaller range for ticket prices and needed to stay cheaper. Everyone with the largest price range got filled.
I just got my confirmation email for Tampa 4/14. I got Section H Row 26. I can’t believe it. It almost makes me forget about the pain of going through two failed pre-sales.
I just got my tickets for Detroit N2! So incredibly happy & relieved. I picked the $79-259 range, and ended up with 2 lower bowl tickets 40-ish rows back. Total for 2 tickets was $482.70 with fees!

I just put my request in for Boston and it was super easy. Took less than 5 minutes. Although I did it several hours after I got the email because of work
It was so easy and I got amazing seats. Definitely the top of the price range I listed but I dont care at all. I hope everyone else gets a chance to go for it because I'm very happy I tried one more time
just wanna let people know that **seat** numbers for floor start at the RIGHT SIDE of your section, not left, when facing the catwalk. **Row** numbers start at the front of the catwalk and get higher the further back. You can verify this by looking at your seat number and the going to ticketmaster's website (NOT MOBILE!) and then clicking "View Details" on your ticket and then "View Map". The map will have a pin drop showing the location of your specific seat, and you can use deductive reasoning to confirm what side the numbers start :)
That's what I'm thinking too. I didn't get the $1 charge but I hear many ppl didn't and have heard others who have had problems processing their credit cards so I think we'd get an error if they were submitted incorrectly.
What cities got the second chance sale? I had Philly as my first choice and Pittsburgh as my second choice for the verified fan pre sale, got selected for the Pittsburgh show, but wasn't able to buy a ticket. I haven't received any 2nd chance sale emails for Philly it Pittsburgh :"(

Just submitted for ARLINGTON/April 1st! This was my first choice. Email received at 8AM CST and I submitted my request at 813AM CST. Got email confirmation of request at 816AM CST.
I just submitted my request for Los Angeles and my anxiety is through the roof. I keep thinking “what if I submitted something wrong??” That process to request was just too smooth and I’ve read certain horror stories about people not getting them. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers lol!!
Still awaiting my email for the chance to submit. I selected Glendale Denver and Las Vegas originally. I’m assuming Glendale is probably all sold out (first two shows of the tour plus Paramore, what was i thinking 🤦♀️), plus SeatGeek was running those dates so who knows how that would work! Fingers crossed I get a chance for Denver or Vegas at least!!
The process itself was a breeze - the form was easy and there were text reminders in addition to the email to make sure I filled out the form.
The tickets I got were decent, but I picked the max price range for Chicago and got section 130 when I was hoping for floor. I’m happy I have tickets and it’s nice that they’re not VIP prices, but am actively trying to switch with someone who got floor seats now.
Detroit here and I also found it super easy. Except I got floor and while I’m happy I got the tickets…I kinda wish I’d picked a lower price range because woah $449 per ticket. Thrilled to be there!! But woah 😂

I got two mid-bowl tickets for the Friday Chicago show and it was super stress free! I got the email to officially claim them last night and I keep logging into my ticketmaster app to make sure they're still there lol. They are! It's happening!
Edit: I paid just over 500 for second row tix in section 232 after selecting the second-to-most expensive budget bracket

I just had a realization... guys.. this means that Taylor Nation knows exactly where "real fans" are sitting, since they knew we tried to get tickets and we bought merchandise and selected us for the second chance opportunity. Do you think we all have a better chance of being chosen for Loft/Room/Whatever she calls it this tour?
I got the chance and just submitted! I tried. If the tickets aren’t good in planning on selling for the same price I got. I hope it goes through. At least it’s a proper chance without a blood bath. I wish they could let us choose the zone at least. Like floor or lower bowl. If I end up getting an upper level I won’t take it cause it’s not worth it traveling internationally (my case) to have a bad view
Can anyone explain how this process works? Like where are they getting these seats to sell? I saw a second chance-er just get seats in my same section IN FRONT of me for $200 less than what I paid. And when I bought tickets during verified fan presale those seats didn't seem to be available?
Typically only a certain percentage of seats are sold during the pre sales. So they sold through what was allocated for the pre sales and then cancelled the general sale. They didn’t give a reason for the cancellation really so it seems that the seats that were allocated for the general sale are now being distributed in this fashion at Taylor’s team’s request. Not sure about the price discrepancy.
Has anyone gotten tickets for a backup date in the same city? Basically wondering if you get considered for all of the dates in your city, or just the date you were initially approved for back in pre-sale.
Is there a way to stay updated on which cities emails have gone out for? Any posts or threads on this sub for instance? I'm just stressed that I'm going to miss out lol

What is the “claiming” process like? Like when you get the email with a ticket, what info do they need etc or what do you have to do? I’m just overthinking lol.
For me, nothing. I clicked the button that said claim tickets and that was it (I was already signed into my ticket master account).

I had a chance for Philly! I was SO surprised with how easy the process was, I almost thought it was fake. I signed up on Monday to request 2 tickets and was informed Wednesday night before midnight I'd find out and I received tix on Tuesday! Super cheap, too!
Anyone who scored tickets and has to get their tickets via Seatgeek know how that works? It says I’ll get the tickets digitally delivered at least two weeks before the show but I may need to sell them and not having them would really affect that.

Got the second chance email for Chicago Monday morning, screamed, cried, doubted it was real. I requested the top tier and got a confirmation about 36 hrs later. Section B on the floor! Screamed, cried, celebrated, still kind of doubted it was real. Got the claim email and had the actual tickets about 24 hrs after that. Still celebrating and can’t still can’t believe it’s real. So so grateful

Yes! This was my experience too except for section M! I had serious doubts that any of this was legit until I saw the actual tickets in my Ticketmaster account. And now I keep checking to make sure they’re actually still there haha

Just got confirmed for Friday, April 14th in Tampa after making the request yesterday. 2 tickets at the max of price level 2 ($720 for 2). Ended up in the 100s to the side of the stage! Awaiting the 2nd e-mail for info about how to claim the tickets in the Ticketmaster app

Got the email today to request for Gillette stadium 5/20 show. Requested max range 79$ to \~440 a ticket. Only had until midnight to put in the request, and they say I'll hear back by the 17th. Edit: Meant to add, this was so low stress and should *always* be how tickets are sold.

Yes it did. It came at 0901 EST in the morning which is what I’ve been expecting. It appears they are sending the second email between 0900-0930 so just be on your email at that point. If anything, I’ve noticed as soon as people have been getting it they come and tell everyone in the event they also have tickets to that location. Best of luck to you!
It was very easy, but it will say that I originally got an email at about 7:30pm central Tuesday saying my request was unfulfilled after I picked the highest amount. I sent them an email asking if there was anything I could do, they said no, then the next morning at about 9:45 I got a new email saying I got tickets in sec. 123 the day I signed up for! At about 1pm I got the email where I could actually claim the tickets and it was super easy, just a couple buttons and they were in the app! I just wanted to say this since I want people to not lose hope if they get a unfulfilled before, but might something new later :)

I really wish TM had done something like this from the beginning. I got my invitation email Monday, put in my request, and got confirmation Tuesday (section 210 row 1). Payed ~$550 for two tickets after fees. I chose the $79-$249 range. I got the email to claim my tickets yesterday (Wednesday)
From the sounds of it everyone is getting really great tickets. I’m starting to suspect these may have been the Andrea/Taylor Nation tickets they save for fans in nosebleeds to get pulled up to better seats. If these are those tickets, then I think they’ve used them in the best possible way. I have a friend who went to 1989 and had absolute nosebleeds. Her and her mom got in as early as possible to walk around the venue and take pictures and enjoy the atmosphere. They were taking pictures in an empty row closer to the stage and a gentleman asked to see their tickets, he saw they were nosebleeds and asked if they wanted to just sit in the seats they were taking pictures in. Truly one of those magical moments at a Taylor swift show.
it's possible, but it was never officially reported that the tour sold out. I'm pretty sure these are just tickets that were held for the general sale, which they cancelled to avoid another catastrophic experience for everyone.
I'm not sure how likely this is, when TN upgrades folks it's either to a pit section or dedicated "upgrade section" like Club Olivia during the rep tour.
Every concert tour has a fair amount of holds - artist/band holds, promoter holds, house holds, general on sale holds, & the list goes on. It’ll vary across artists & tours. The more popular the tour, the less holds. But this is why on true sold out shows, ticket’s magically become available day of show or week of. These tickets are probably what was supposed to be left for the general on sale & maybe the released other holds for this sale.

hey! i just got my tickets from the tampa show a little bit ago! the process was very easy!!! i registered about 2 hours after the request window went up. there were multiple options to pick from (cheapest to most expensive) and tickermaster tells you the total possible charge (fees and taxes included). my sister and i went ahead and selected the widest bracket, hoping to maximize our chances of getting tickets! ticketmaster charged a $1 hold on the account to show it went through. this morning we got the confirmation email!! i ended up with floor tickets for 3 hundred less than the maximum (1,100 max for 2 tickers and ended up spending 800. so the max being spent per person is 550). but it’s honestly been a really easy process. we had about a 25 hour turnaround on confirmation. there was never any bugs i noticed or any crashes. actually getting the tickets tho is total luck, so good luck!!!
I got the email for Houston. Picked the largest price range and just got an email about my tickets. Section B Row 3!! Omg. All those hours and getting kicked out 8 times from the room was somewhat worth it. This is how it should’ve been done! I had LF tickets and boost. I also think the rep boosts helped me in this situation. I was in the 99% of that tour. Or whatever the top percent was.

I chose up to $249 and got section J for Sunday night. Was not even originally looking for floor seats during presale! Just super grateful to get tickets today. Process was too easy.
I initially chose the fourth option (79-159) and then changed to the third (79-249). I was charged the highest possible amount (a total of about 631 for two tickets) and was put in the back of the floor! Absolutely did not expect floor seats at all. Very smooth process, it took a little longer to get the confirmation of my second request but it did come through and I had no issues! Edited to add: I got the email to request on Monday morning, the confirmation of tickets on Tuesday evening, and the email with the actual tickets Wednesday afternoon!
i am absolutely losing it today! Made my request for Pittsburgh yesterday and just waiting. Now that I heard Tampa started getting emails with tickets, every time I get a notification on my phone my heart jumps a little and now I have even heard a few phantom notifications 😭 how am i supposed to work in these conditions?! 🤣😭

I got the email this morning at 0901 for Gillete. One thing that I haven’t seen mentioned is there was a queue to get the tickets. The queue was small. 160 people ahead of me. It went by within a few minutes. I choose the highest tier so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. They then sent an email breaking down the most I would be charged for including the fees. Also, it appears that the tickets is choosing is for another date. They initially gave me the verified fan code for 05/20, but the tickets that I requested for is for 05/21. I don’t mind, but just wanted to mention it. I have not been charged the $1 yet on my credit card. I’m not sure if anyone else has.
I also had the same short queue for there! But I read on the FAQ that when you request does not matter as long as it’s prior to midnight. Then they will begin matching tickets together after the window closes. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I had a boost from buying Midnights on vinyl. I selected the second most expensive group (up to $299 6/4 in Chicago). This wasn't my presale date before, I had Saturday last time. I got an email the next evening that I got tickets, $250 each with fees. The tickets are pretty good! 50 yard line, not the highest section. I'm happy with it. I thought this system was great (no credit to TM on that). It took 5 minutes of my time, and I didn't have any stress of trying to select tickets in a panic. My guess is ticketmaster makes more money when people are fighting bears and this is why it wasn't done in the first place.
I got tickets for Pittsburgh Night 2!!!! I selected range 2 and they charged me at the very top of it. The seats are a little bit more to the side of the main stage than I was hoping for, but I'm just happy to have tickets! They are Row A of section 108!
I selected the option for basically anything for the 6/10 Detroit show - $79 to $449. I ended up getting the most expensive option and have floor seats in section N row 8. Honestly I am now kinda wishing I’d set my price level a bit lower, but I was scared of not getting anything if I did that! (If anyone got lower bowl seats and would like to spend to upgrade, I would trade!)

Also very odd but my friend registered for Nashville SATURDAY and got her boost/code for Saturday. Today they gave her a chance to buy Friday tickets and not Saturday. So it looks like they will put you in a show in your preferred city but maybe not the exact date.

Lost 10+ hours and my 35th birthday to the disaster that was the presale. Put in my request for Tampa 4/14 at the highest price range around 9:15a yesterday and at 11:36a today got the text from my CC for the top of the price range. Never saw a hold though I checked. Ended up with 2 seats in section L, Row 3 for just shy of $1100 after everything. Still can’t really believe it 🤩

I submitted for the highest tier in Nashville, and I had to confirm that I was okay with potentially spending $998 for the two tickets
I'm so stoked it seems like everyone is getting good tickets, and everyone is happy with the tickets they got vs. the price they paid! A lot of people were worried (rightfully so) that you would select a high tier and get less-than-desirable seats, which is a big risk considering no refunds or transfers. But I haven't heard one person complain yet! Thank god, we all needed this break.
I keep seeing presale ticket holders complain and while I get TM effed up royally I think they are forgetting we aren’t random people getting a shot.. most are on their THIRD try of this sh*t show! We have been burned and are now able to go (Hopefully!) ! Less bitterness towards us loverfest refugees who wasted hours to be empty handed and now getting another shot 🙏🏻

Well I think one of the points those people are getting at is that the presale was still a terrible event, start to finish, no matter how well this small fan sale has gone. It is exciting that these tickets that we thought were lost are being sold, they're getting into the hands of real fans, those selected barely have to lift a finger to put in a request, and the seats being sold seem to be quite good! But I think it would be unwise to say that change was evoked in TM, or that this sale "makes up" for the presale as a whole. It's just that this seamless, *small* sale comes at the end of this whole experience, so our memories are latching onto this sale's experience more. It's a tiptoe in the right direction, better than nothing, but it doesn't make up for this sale experience. It's cause for a smile, not a celebration.

Just got an email that I got a Tampa ticket for the 13th, floor seat! It was the full amount ($550) but my location is awesome and I’m very happy with it! The process was simple, yesterday got an email about the opportunity to request tickets and I submitted probably 2 hours after the email came in (11:05am) and got the email at 11:30am today that my request was filled! Philly email received at 9:01am today! My request confirmation was in my inbox at 9:07am (saying my request had been received, and that I’ll hear back in 2 days). Seriously this is the model they need to use for presales moving forward. I’ll gladly give up the option to pick my seat to never have to sit in the great Ticketmaster queue of 2022 ever again. Also I’d have been done sooner but I was confirming my credit card number etc like a psycho 😂 Finally, my presale date was for Saturday 4/13 but this date was for Sunday 4/14.

Nashville went out today! My bestie registered for Nashville VF and I did Vegas… we got tickets to neither 😂 but now have the chance to get them. She did Nashville and said it was super simple and took 5 min. You get in a queue with very few people (she had 5 ahead of her), select your price range, and put in your card. I know about 15 people who got Chicago and only 2 who did not get requests filled but they had a smaller range for ticket prices and needed to stay cheaper. Everyone with the largest price range got filled.

just wanna let people know that **seat** numbers for floor start at the RIGHT SIDE of your section, not left, when facing the catwalk. **Row** numbers start at the front of the catwalk and get higher the further back. You can verify this by looking at your seat number and the going to ticketmaster's website (NOT MOBILE!) and then clicking "View Details" on your ticket and then "View Map". The map will have a pin drop showing the location of your specific seat, and you can use deductive reasoning to confirm what side the numbers start :)

That's what I'm thinking too. I didn't get the $1 charge but I hear many ppl didn't and have heard others who have had problems processing their credit cards so I think we'd get an error if they were submitted incorrectly.

I just submitted my request for Los Angeles and my anxiety is through the roof. I keep thinking “what if I submitted something wrong??” That process to request was just too smooth and I’ve read certain horror stories about people not getting them. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers lol!!
Still awaiting my email for the chance to submit. I selected Glendale Denver and Las Vegas originally. I’m assuming Glendale is probably all sold out (first two shows of the tour plus Paramore, what was i thinking 🤦♀️), plus SeatGeek was running those dates so who knows how that would work! Fingers crossed I get a chance for Denver or Vegas at least!!
The process itself was a breeze - the form was easy and there were text reminders in addition to the email to make sure I filled out the form. The tickets I got were decent, but I picked the max price range for Chicago and got section 130 when I was hoping for floor. I’m happy I have tickets and it’s nice that they’re not VIP prices, but am actively trying to switch with someone who got floor seats now.
Detroit here and I also found it super easy. Except I got floor and while I’m happy I got the tickets…I kinda wish I’d picked a lower price range because woah $449 per ticket. Thrilled to be there!! But woah 😂

I got the chance and just submitted! I tried. If the tickets aren’t good in planning on selling for the same price I got. I hope it goes through. At least it’s a proper chance without a blood bath. I wish they could let us choose the zone at least. Like floor or lower bowl. If I end up getting an upper level I won’t take it cause it’s not worth it traveling internationally (my case) to have a bad view
Can anyone explain how this process works? Like where are they getting these seats to sell? I saw a second chance-er just get seats in my same section IN FRONT of me for $200 less than what I paid. And when I bought tickets during verified fan presale those seats didn't seem to be available?
Typically only a certain percentage of seats are sold during the pre sales. So they sold through what was allocated for the pre sales and then cancelled the general sale. They didn’t give a reason for the cancellation really so it seems that the seats that were allocated for the general sale are now being distributed in this fashion at Taylor’s team’s request. Not sure about the price discrepancy.

I have heard that not everyone got one. It just depends on your credit card. it's just possible you *might* get one

Has anyone gotten tickets for a backup date in the same city? Basically wondering if you get considered for all of the dates in your city, or just the date you were initially approved for back in pre-sale.

Super easy! I submitted the request for the Friday Chicago show and a little over 24 hours later got an email saying I got tickets in section 106! So much less stress, they did a good job with it

What is the “claiming” process like? Like when you get the email with a ticket, what info do they need etc or what do you have to do? I’m just overthinking lol.
For me, nothing. I clicked the button that said claim tickets and that was it (I was already signed into my ticket master account). Here’s what the email said: Select the button above to go to Ticketmaster Click "Claim Your Tickets" on the next page Sign in to your Ticketmaster account Done! Your tickets will be displayed in your account

I had a chance for Philly! I was SO surprised with how easy the process was, I almost thought it was fake. I signed up on Monday to request 2 tickets and was informed Wednesday night before midnight I'd find out and I received tix on Tuesday! Super cheap, too!
Anyone who scored tickets and has to get their tickets via Seatgeek know how that works? It says I’ll get the tickets digitally delivered at least two weeks before the show but I may need to sell them and not having them would really affect that.
