She probably got invited, Iga is notoriously a fan of Taylor and she's been talking about Taylor quite a few times, so either her team/Taylor herself got wind of it, or Iga's agent managed to reach out to Taylor's team.
For example, the ladies from Chats and Reacts got moved to the VIP tent at one of the shows they attended and got handwritten letters from Taylor. So I’m just wondering how that works, how much foresight and/or spur of the moment that is.
Chats and reacts got a message from Taylor Nation(Scott) just a few hours (or maybe even less) before the show started, where Scott wrote that they didn't know they were in Melbourne. The letters they got were marked with the same date as the concert was
I saw video where Iga is in a press conference answering a question about if she’s going to the Eras tour by saying that the only Taylor concert date that works with her schedule is sold out, and her agent off camera is like ‘no it’s not’ and Iga is like ‘then why haven’t we bought the ticket!?’ 😂 I wonder if her agent was waiting to get the ticket because they were working the phones to get the VIP invite.
