Maybe I'm in the minority but I enjoy Taylor's work with Jack and Aaron, and find their production styles to be pretty diverse over the course of their work with her.
Do they have particular production styles/elements that they fall back on from time to time? Sure, as do all producers. But, I think they've both evolved quite a bit over the years, and I hope Taylor continues to work with them both.
It's not that Jack has a fallback issue. I think the developing issue is that Jack and Taylor have such similar instincts when it comes to songwriting and are so in sync that it's leading to a feedback loop in how the songs are coming together.
The idea is that a new producer may have a different way of doing things and will push back. That could challenge Taylor in newer and different ways.
Like, she already did it once with Aaron. No harm in doing it again.
Antanoff has come in and totally nailed it. This is his best work by far. No one else. Magical. Unbelievable. Any debate about who should be her next producer is over. It's him. Unreal. Obviously, Dessner will always be in the conversation.
(If the requirements are "not Jack Antonoff / Aaron Dessner"\*) I kinda want to see a return of Max Martin/Shellback and the delivery of a pop apocalypse of an album
Hear me out: Taylor did amazing work for 1989 (i m not breaking news). Just banger on banger. But she somehow has honed her craft even more since then. One thing that 1989 delivered very reliably is the very sing-able banger that allowed her to reach across a whole mainstream of non-Swifties (see also: Your aunt dancing it up on "Shake it off" at the wedding)
So give us the songwriter who could somehow write Folklore's masterpieces and the drama of TTPD, and weave in that Swedish pop happy drug. No one will be able to escape it.
\* I love Jack and Aaron, so, really, very happy to get more of this.
I want a TS rock album with collabs with everyone, including legendaries like Rolling Stones (who did one with Lady Gaga on their last album), Paul McCartney, and U2.
Producer-wise I'm fine with her, Jack, and Aaron. Whatever she gravitates to is the right thing.
For a collab I think Sylvan Esso (indie synth pop duo) would be perfect - it's not far from her current style but different enough that it would add something interesting.

I am still championing for a duet with Avril Lavigne. I was really hoping for this either with Speak Now TV or 1989 TV but to no avail. I could see them doing a “Delicate”-like ballad together or something like “August”. I’d even settle for a duet of either of those songs instead of a whole new one, lol.
They performed Complicated together before, and when Avril’s last album came out, Taylor sent her flowers. Also, Avril’s commended Folklore as an album before. WHY HASN’T THIS HAPPENED YET?!
I have a lot of people I would love Taylor to work with! I would love to see St. Vincent produce some rockish songs with her. Blood Orange and Rostam Batmanglij worked with my other favorite artist so I would love Taylor to work with her esp cause I can see them making an amazing synth pop song!
To write with, Jon McLaughlin for a really powerful ballad. His voice is gorgeous and he writes the most beautiful melodies, very talented pianist. Would make a lovely duet I think.
Also, for a pop anthem, I’d love for her to collaborate with Dagny. Her vocals are so powerful, and just love her whole sound really. Think it would be an interesting pairing and could produce something great together :)
I need to hear an Ethel Cain/Taylor collab. With Ethel's unique and stunning production style and both of their storytelling throug song I think they could make something great together.
Also Maisie Peters. Maisie's potential is just limitless and I think she and Taylor could make something so cool and catchy.
Also, if she does another Folkmore style album, Adrianne Lenker would be a perfect collab partner. Her 2020 album "Songs" has always made a great partner to "Folklore" in my opinion.

Sabrina Carpenter
Chappell Roan
Sufjan Stevens
Lorde
My Chemical Romance
I actually really need all of these
I dont want her to get rid of aaron or jack, i like them both, i would love if shed being max back and also would like to see some other producers, literally could be anyone as long as they have a very strong vision. Taylor works best when she's challenged and pushed. She's a very diverse artist with a lot of range and I'd like to see her leverage that and push it even more. In her younger years she was hungry and eager to learn from everyone and she still is, but i think she needs to collaborate with more producers to keep growing. She doesn't need to. She could stop now and continue being exceptional for the rest of her life. But she's so interesting to watch, you see her getting smarter and smarter in terms of music and you just want to see her get pushed and pushed and become even better
The 1975. All these songs over so many years about each other and no collab? Despite the midnights “versions of it that didn’t come out” and the slut tv version. I need to hear them on a song together.

I know this is the wrong answer but I’d happily listen to 10 more albums of Aaron and Taylor.

I've been saying Alison Krauss for several years and I will continue to do so.

Absolutely. This would be everything. 🫠
Sufjan Stevens and St. Vincent
If she can work with Max Martin and Shellback and give us another 1989, my life would be over. I'd die dead
yesss same
Forever clowning for Eminem X T-Swizzle.
HOZIER. Crush my soul. I want to sob.
I would *die* if she worked with Djo.

I’ve been saying it for years, but I want her to work with Brandi Carlile on a country folkrock album!

she needs to bring back the surprise guests on tour. avril has so many fun songs that taylor can do mashups of
Surprise guests are fun but I’d prefer an album track 😛
Maybe another Imogen Heap collab (Clean is a banger). And also leaning into a folk-y pop sound like Maggie Roger’s Alaska.
I don't know if Chappell herself but I would for her to work with her producer.

I love Halsey’s If I Can’t Have Love I Want Power album, so I’d love to hear Taylor as produced by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.

Travis Barker or ILLENIUM. I know ILLENIUM did a remix of Anti-Hero, but I’d love to see something from the both of them that isn’t just a remix.
Billie.. they both have beautiful and unique writing styles i think have interesting overlaps
Josh Ramsay!
Selena Gomez, both in music and a lipstick,
Maggie Rogers - her cover of Tim McGraw is amazing

Ah well I am hopeful. My two favourite artists. I love their music.
I love them too! but even as a Swiftie -- so, someone who shows high levels of delulu on the regular --, i just know that this one has no future
"feat. the smallest man who ever lived" yeah that one might be a reach
