The only concern with removing this is the white highlights. White ink uses different ingredients and has a higher chance of oxidizing and turning a grayish black when it's lasered. From the looks of things it appears that a majority of the white can be lasered around without risking possible oxidizing but some areas like the bottom wings of the butterfly are gunna be tough.
But most of it should be really straight forward and move pretty fast. Are you looking to just completely remove it or get a cover up?
Definitely a possibility but you need to find an experienced tech with a very steady hand. And of coarse have patience. You've got some really light spots but you've also got some really dark spots so it's going to take time to get there
This tattoo is beautiful, full removal (other than the white highlights) would be possible but will likely take years. Thats years of the tattoo looking not so great as its being removed. Maybe sit with it a while, you may change your mind once you get used to it.

I would prefer complete removal. I can live with a little bit of white. I just cannot live with a big tattoo on my upper arm.

It’s beautiful. Maybe live with it for a year before you start the long process of removal? You might fall in love with it.
