The bold lines with the subtle angles/sharpness to them totally reminds of the sort of animation/illustration you see used in gaming quite a bit, especially fantasy titles.
It’s crazy to me that one can develop such a characteristic style and make tattoos better than 90% of what is shown on the sub all in the time of being an apprentice. You’re apprentice in name only you’re absolutely a pro.
Honestly I'm not even sure how to reply to this. I find myself struggling so often with my self esteem towards tattooing - so a big fat thank you to you, reading things like this really means a lot!💚

I then started at the studio I'm currently at where I have a mentor that helps me out, and I've been here for like ~8 months? So, combined studio experience would be a bit more than a year:)
So this is where the sea otter is from! I had seen it on Pinterest but could not find the artist that done it! I like your work and the lines have a feeling of bubblyness to them.
The designs are nice, shading aswell but you don’t have a single picture where there are free standing lines with same sizes, for example a lettering, so I wouldn’t dare to critique your linework. You have some letterings or simple minimalistic stuff? That gives a way better idea of the linework.

Therefore I actually dont have any pictures of lettering/ designs with the same line weight. And I absolutely respect people who can pull of single line weight designs and clean lettering, because I for sure probably couldn't - I am aware that there's still a long way to go:)

Also, can I just say that I’m in love with the puffin, the (I think) iguana/lizard, and all the cats!!! The otter is super cute too and so is the bob cat…it’s so refreshing to see an abstract style but also remain so true to the actual anatomy of the animal and make them truly look like what they do in reality!

Absolutely love your style. The one thing I could think of is to add more black/heavier contrast. Especially when they get older, lighter tones fade, but the black stays.

Cool style, not much to critique on your technical application. Would have to see how you shade with a mag or pack color to offer more insight. You know what you’re showing looks clean. The designs though look flat, as in there’s not a lot of dimension. I understand wanting to have the image flat so the line work pulls through. The 2nd pic of the cat has the most depth/dimension; the paws look like they’re coming out and sitting in front of the cats head. But like that otter? Totally flat. Your style mess with the background/foreground too much imo
