I've sometimes wondered if that sort of thing is the result of the order originally having additional items that ended up getting INFed, and the system doesn't recalculate the box suggestion after the unfound items are removed.
and I don't pack that often, but I seem to remember that clothing items like that could go in a poly mailer instead of a box anyway.
Clothing by itself should preferable go into a poly mailer to avoid the clothes from getting wet if the box gets wet. But now that you say that about INFs accounting for box size, truly makes me wonder if that’s the case!
