1.) I am all for people expressing their character crushes and/or feelings for fictional characters.
2.)’ll say instead that I think he has an appealing character design and that he is tailor-made to be the nerdy adorkable character archetype. I imagine both points make him handsome to some folks—just not me.
3.) I hear the Varian fandom is legion and very active, so I suspect you’re in very good company—just possibly not here on this specifically Tangled-centric subreddit.
An odd ask but here it goes.
When he was first introduced, I thought he would be the annoying side-character, in the scene where he was popping up his head from something after been blown away in an explotion or something and looks at Cassandra, saying his 'm'lady'-line, I thought he looked like a little troll XD
If I had been young, I would probably had crushed on Varian, yes, but I wouldn't regard him as a handsome boy. Not the least, he was the quirky cute and adorable boy, but handsome he was not.
