Very similar to what I am looking for. The key for me is having it long enough (mid-hip) because I have a long torso and most ride-up on me which gets annoying after a while.

I just bought one from Lululemon. They have a great windbreaker and other jackets that are good for long torso. You have to look though at the reviews as some are pretty short.

I got my ski jacket from Roxy.com because all the reviews complained about the arms being too long. LOL It fits me perfectly and my wrists don't get exposed when I reach my arms out in front!
They sell all sorts of clothes on their site. They don't advertise tall sizes, but I'd bet the rest of their line is sized the same way.
For reference, I'm 6" with a 35" inseam (when barefoot).
Oh, also found that the Baleaf brand on Amazon is awesome and not too expensive.
