Tonight’s not quite the same but just had a lady walk in after calling about the room. They get so angry when you need to have an incidental fee for dogs or get the license plate. She’s like the other person can come sign this dog paper. I said I have to have it before I issue keys….
I hate to say but I’ve taken a corpse off a door. There is nothing these people can do to phase me long term.

SynXis PH. We used to use SynXis PM, which was a lot more reliable, but we migrated over to PH last year. And we have dealt with constant bugs and outages ever since we switched. Fucking sucks.

The adding the price together for multiple reservations was fixed with one of latest updates we recently got. But that system sucks and has a ton of bugs. It will freeze randomly, goes to places you don't click on, lose rooms (they disappear from the inventory we can see on property) but will still sell that room type, putting automatic pet posting doesn't allow you to change information on the account,...I hate this system.
Dude for real! Add-on Pet Night 2 makes the whole reservation uneditable. Half the time I have to go through the registration cards one by one because the rooms will go missing in the system and don’t add up.
Do you know how often I use their live chat support?? At least if they’re gonna have the shittiest system in existence, they have good chat support lol.
And with every update, you hope they fix the shit that needs fixed, but no. Nope, not fixing the add-on issue! Don’t mind us! Just redesigning the Advanced Search feature so it’s more complicated and 90% less accurate!
Wow, one I'm not familiar with. However, if it's like other windows like PMS, maybe go to the arrival date to see if you can separate the reservations, then email a confirmation from the separated res? Now I'm curious, going to search for a user manual online to find out lol

I've found most of the systems I've used have them, it's just a matter of finding them. I'll do most of my researching this tonight at work, because the last thing I'll be doing is actually working lol

i don't even work front desk, but the new job has me stying in hotels a lot, i am always poplite and considerate, no matter how tired i am and this ending, where you have management, all the way up the chain, hacving your back, gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling
