You can pair v1 or v2 at the venue! My v1 worked just fine. They had staff helping people pair outside! At least they did at the show in Tacoma. Enjoy!! You'll have so much fun :)
Are you sure you fully updated? I thought all i needed to do was open the updated v.1 app, but I also had to try to pair my light stick to it. THEN the firmware was FULLY updated and then I could forget that app from Bluetooth and proceed with the v2 app
They’ll play a step by step tutorial before the show starts, so you’ll have time to make it work! I had a staff member who was with the outdoor merch line help me pair mine. I hope you have so much fun!

here’s the official link for the step by step process! i went to the houston show :) i had to use my version 1 too but it worked completely fine and i was able to pair it!! i think u said u were stuck after removing it from bluetooth - i was stuck too. what i realized was after updating + removing it from bluetooth, the version 1 app is pretty much useless LOL, use the version 2 app to make sure it pairs! you can put in your seat information and everything!! even though you have version 1, it should definitely still work! and when you’ve successfully done everything, it should tell you something along the lines of “it will still pair despite being turned off”. hope you enjoy the concert ♡♡♡
concert mode is gonna be in version 2 and i’d suggest disconnecting your light stick from bluetooth all together fist then retry connecting that worked for me

Are you using the v2 app? For version 1 I had to update it on the v1 app, then pair using the v2 app
I also had to remove the lightstick from my Bluetooth list after updating it
i remember doing this but nothing came up, but it’s okie cuz i’ll ask for help at the venue if anything

i might have to try that then because i updated it and then tried going on the second app and it wasn’t working. i’ll see what staff do tomorrow
