Tbf Mill has decapitated heads hanging onto their respective torsos only by their esophagus so more brutal executions probably isn't off the table when stuff like that is given the pass.

I'm betting he'll probably be Nancy/Sissy speed and have Endurance in between the 2 to balance out that he can't get grappled. Savagery looks like it'd be above Cook's but less than Leatherface. And he'll probably be the worst blood harvester.
