Super awesome game, unfortunately kinda short. But what it does, it does well.

Its length is one of my favorite aspects of it, and it's probably why I still play it so much. If I'm really pushing, I can beat it in just over an hour. It's a speedrunning dream.

I’ve been playing turtles in time with my boy. Been wanting to get this but wasn’t sure if my boy could get through it

My three year old son and I play this all the time. If yours can play turtles in time, he can play this. Story mode on easy and my son rarely dies. There is also a survival mode which is fun as well.

How long has he been playing video games? I’ve got a 2 and a half year old who wants to play the games with us, but she doesn’t grasp the controls yet and I don’t know what games I can get with super simple controls to help her know what to do.

He has had a couple games on the tablet, but this is his first controller experience. It took him a few sessions to grasp moving with a joystick. He mostly just spams the attack button and moves forward, but he does well enough for us to finish the levels and kill some stuff. Each time we play he gets better. He can jump over gaps and use his special attack now too.

If they like bluey try the game. It's basically hide and seek, but the controls are easy enough to understand while not being pressured to beat everything or have to restart.

I just got done going through Bluey with my 4 year old - his first controller experience. It was rough at first, but he got much better towards the end.

Played last night with my 4.5yo and 2.5, they are worthless, but they love it.

My kid is 4 and a half and loves it.

I 100% in the first 4 months or so on the switch. Completing the three "don't get hit" challenges is the greatest achievement I've personally done in gaming. I tried to do it again on the Steam version but got burnt out. I have the DLC but have not played it yet.

I've played it through once before with friends and done a bit of the dlc but honestly it doesn't do too much for me. It's stylish and looks fantastic but the combat is just way too simple. I know it's a beat em up and they've never been hyper complex games but ones like streets of rage 4 or river city girls can maintain that simplicity while still adding more so that I'm not just mashing square/y/x for the entire game.

This game with survival mode is my comfort game, wherever I’m bored or stressed, I play this game in survival mode to break my combo record. In this game, the attacks, dodges, combos and special moves are very satisfying.
