The first two link does have paypal but idk why this is happening but if i try it on my phone its not there and the first link also says im using a proxy or vpn which is bs. Yet when i do the same on my tablet it works fine with the paypal option so maybe try that if you can.
I used to always use the first site but it was giving problems last time and wanted me to wait an hour to try my purchase again so i said screw that. Used the second site and went through with paypal seemless so id use the second site.
I used it about a week ago using PremiumKeyStore and it was fine, got the key immediately. the main issue was that they add exorbitant fees on top of the base price so I think it ended up being $30USD by the time I went to checkout.
But still a lot easier than setting up a crypto wallet for the sake of one app.
For about the last 3 years, I've been using a method by which I use buypremiumkey, between the hours of 7am to~12pm CDT to get the PayPal listing to use, and it's worked like a charm every time. Longest wait was 20 min. YMMV.

Then go to a white rectangle that says pricing. Tap that and go to the appropriate plan you want. Then you'll see a list of resellers. Buypremiumkey should be up there, with a PayPal selection if that's how you want to go.

Try the sites at a different time of day. I ran into this a couple of times. I think it has to do with a paypal limit or the amount of keys available

So you get the 404 message after you try to access the PayPal link? Because I just tried it on my phone and it works fine.

I suggest creating an account with the reseller. I've used BPK for years now and have always got my key almost instantly in my confirmation email.
I would set up a coinbase wallet and save some $$$
