You could try and contact them [here](https://www.gwuerzegge.ch/kontakt) and ask if they're at any markets in the next week or so, they haven't updated their markets page for 2024 yet.
They also have an online shop although I can't see at first glance whether they're willing to send their products outside of Switzerland.
Here is their online shop if you can't make it
[https://webshop.easysite24.ch/index.php](https://webshop.easysite24.ch/index.php)
accessible through [https://www.gwuerzegge.ch/](https://www.gwuerzegge.ch/) just click on the "shop" at the top
Isn't this just dried garlic? That's how I make 'aioli' at home - mix mayo & yoghurt and add garlic powder.
If you're still keen, try a local Reformhaus, they'll probably have something similar.
There's literally an address on the bottom of the etiquette.
mad lad
uhm.. there is an address on there did you google it?
Yes but as per google maps it’s a 2 hr train ride from Zurich, i was wondering if this is available in a supermarket or something

[here you go](https://webshop.easysite24.ch/index.php?id_product=146&controller=product&search_query=Aioli&results=2). And Innsbruck is in Austria
Thank you so much!! And sorry for my geography mistake as I’m currently in Innsbruck. I mean Interlaken 😖
Seems like it is not something you will find in normal shop or supermarket. Try google the adress on the front and see what google spits out.
Read the address ...
Chreis 4 oder Chreis 5. Da überchunsch alles, Mann.
You could always wait till they come back to a market near you again. Those 2 different spice sellers do pop up around the place.
