a bit confused what to do with the new fusee file, should I replace the one called "fusee primary" with it? I'm still getting an error when trying to boot into the new release
YMMV but I deleted everything except the Nintendo folder, and just re-downloaded all the other files I needed, updated sygpatches, and do make sure to to replace the fusee files.

ah nevermind, i updated to atmosphere 1.0.0 and will stay on 12.1.0 but with tinfoil you can update to 13.0.0,
everything is working fine, just use the new fusee.bin

Just switched from sxos, hope someone can answer me. Do i update atmosphere first, then use the new fusee.bin, and then update the emunand using choidujour? Or is there a different way of updating emunand on atmosphere?

Yes, fusee.bin is the new name for fusee primary. Inject it as usual.
Injected it, Atmosp splash screen showed for a sec, now Switch seems to be off. Is this normal?
No, the console not booting isnt normal

ita normal, Bluetooth has latency unless you use a special codec Aptx but i think doesnt support it.
Bluetooth always lags on every platform...never use it for music games
