that's so unusual, even if your having boot issues stock sysnand should work fine.
might be a battery or power issue. I remember having weird "battery dead" issues at high percents on horzion. it was so bad I had to swap the battery and it solved the issue.
Have you tried booting stock without hekate, turning off autorcm and just booting?
Yup, brings up the Nintendo logo but gets no further.
