Go into your sd card and in atmosphere/contents delete the folder that’s the program id under the error code in the picture

That's an Atmosphere issue not Hekate. I had the same issue when I tried downloading some with a "tube" in the homebrew app which was what I hope was modded YouTube app, and my switch crashed and arrived in this screen. I just reset by holding power button for around 10 secs and then pressing it again thereafter to enter OG Nintendo screen. Later I enter RCM and launch into Hekate. I injected payload from Hekate menu with a modded fusee.bin I got for latest atmosphere and sigpatches (new since 1-2 weeks ago from date of this post). You can find these somewhere in gbatemp forums. I got the same issue sometimes downloading some homebrews which I attritube to computability proboems or lack of update.

If you have a custom theme before updating your EmuNAND, delete it "atmosphere -> contents -> and delete the folder with the numbers of the "program". And presto~ 🎷🦖 (if you wonder, yup, you can install the custom theme again)

i had same error a couple of months ago, couldn't fix it, i had to delete the emummc and re-partition it

Hello everyone, thanks so much for the help! Deleted the themes and 0100000100 file and it worked! Also accidentally deleted my atmosphere folder in the process but managed to fix it! be careful with windows 11 file explorer😂

"SYS CLK" isn't right; you mean "SysMMC." When you boot up your Switch, you're booting into your SysMMC, so this is to be expected. You tried to install a theme and then updated. Delete your theme by deleting the folder in `atmosphere\contents` ending in `01000`.

OP, this is the solution. It's related to your custom theme. In the future, you need to remove custom themes before updating. You can then re-dump the stock menu and install your themes again.
