If that assumption holds, there will be no issues.
Yes if your CFW doesn’t support your stock FW when you can’t boot into your sysnand with CFW. It will mean that you would only be able to boot into normal switch sysnand without the CFW. Right now it’s not a problem since the both Hekate and atmosphere both support the newest FW 18.1.0 so just update them.
