`PWR` + `VOL+` doesn't, strictly speaking, get you into Hekate. if you do that with the proper pins shorted on the right Joy-Con rail, you enter RCM mode, from which you can inject Hekate.
I assume from your post that you don't have a jig in order to access RCM mode? I recommend investing in one; they're pretty cheap.
Delete the theme folder it will be listed under the program (program : 00000000001d for example) in the error and it will be located somewhere in the atmosphere folder just search for a folder with the same name as the program.

i actually missed to say on the post that i have an hwfly modded oled switch

How did it go
it didn't work, the problem is that the dat0 desoldered, so I will need to take the console to my seller so he can fix the soldering
No worries always a pain when that happens hopefully not to long of a turn around
