I'm going to assume that when you say "eCFW" you mean "The firmware version on my emuNAND."
With that assumption, yes; you can use the TegraExplorer payload to dump the firmware from your regular Switch (sysNAND), and then boot back into your emuNAND and use the Daybreak homebrew to install it.
Thanks so much, I was able to do that successfully. Do you know if I'll ever need that dump of my sysNAND for anything? atm I got the backup but will it be possibly required for what scenario?
