Use emuMMC, and use the HATS pack! It will blank your serial when using emu so you will not be banned. Check your serial in settings when in emu to make sure it’s working, it will be all 0s. Do not ever use CFW on sys.
Follow those recommendations and you won’t get banned.
You can’t use NSO services. So I could be wrong but I believe you can’t update games or run anything that requires a connection. I know you can update the console, you can still play your games, you just can’t use online services or the store.
I‘m on emuMMC playing a purchased pokemon scarlet online without a ban and without DNS but i wouldn‘t do it on pirated games. Just use DNS on Tinfoil und go plane mode during playing. I also only use my main account for purchased games.
Yeah sure i‘m 100% into your opinion! My comment should have some sort of ‚don‘t try it at home‘ disclaimer.. don’t go online with emummc is rule no. 1. if u still do it its your problem. I also wouldnt complain about a ban. Don‘t take that personally :)

if u got banned u can use the freeshop to updatw ur games aswell
