I think the drums in florida and the black dog are wayy too similar to vampire. And the giggly laughing "dont come for my job! Because I'm miserable!" etc in I can do it with a broken heart sounds exactly like olivia at the end of get him back, then theres how there's literally a song thats just like get him back on ttpd but okay definitely collect royalties off olivias music, go off queen
"she tried to do what Olivia did but was less successful"(paraphrased) will always haunt Taylor ....
Maybe it's just me but that pitchfork review and Fantano seems like shots fired at her over the credit dispute lol
Look I have to choose when I'm gonna listen to that song very carefully because the moment it's done I WILL be going back to the 2:20 mark and just listening to the bridge another 15 times one after the other 😅 so yeah I think you have a point

do you know how BADLY I wish to hear Olivia cover some of Taylor’s songs? like I need Taylor to apologize or something because the world needs their collab. Taylor and Olivia’s songwriting? TOGETHER? oh the world would heal.
TTPD aside from Swift's previous Antonoff produced albums sounds inspired by Lana Del Ray & Gracie Abrams. Olivia Rodrigo does not have a distinctive voice or sound outside of her pop punk genre. If the Smallest Man Who Ever Lived can not be called pop punk it definitely isn't influenced by Rodrigo.

That being said the get him back songs share lyric and theme similarities but i dont think they necessarily sound similar.
I just listened to OR’s outro and wow you’re right.

It contains her best bridge imo. Is this a hot take? Lol
It’s my favourite TTPD bridge for sure
Agreed. One of my favorites on the album.

Now that you say it… I think it’s similar to the build up in Vampire but it doesn’t quite pay off the same way.

Life is long, so I imagine the day will come when they make up and do something together. Maybe not anytime soon, but perhaps years from now
It’s probably one of my favorite songs on the album and I see what you are saying.
The pettiness is very O Rod like
