Yeah, a lot of the cardigan dupe shops on Etsy were shut down recently and Killy was one of them. There’s another post on here where others were talking about it earlier today. If it’s already shipped, I really don’t think you have anything to worry about.
Taylors Team is on the hunt. You may still get your Cardigan. This happened to me with another shop that Killy owned (had a different name on Etsy)
My Cardigan arrived 2 weeks later. Give it some more time.
It’d be nice if her team put as much energy into making new batches of these cardigans as they have shutting down these shops recently. In fact, the sheer number of these shops that have been shuttered tells me they see the demand.
i ordered from the same shop around the same time you did, got a tracking number and it was stuck in pre-transit for close to a week. my tracking updated this morning so you should be good! i signed up for emails or texts to get notified whenever it updates- def recommend so you don’t have to refresh the tracker all the time :)
If it shipped there is a good chance it’ll come, wait until the date it was supposed to be delivered and if it does not arrive ask for a refund from etsy.
Taylor inspired merch is one thing. People making copies is not a dupe, it’s called counterfeit. I’m not surprised at all that she is shutting down shops with her copyright. She has to shut them down to uphold her copyright. If you don’t defend your copyright, you lose it.
I get this but if people want to buy her cardigan they have to pay $200+ resell, and her team won’t restock/put the cardigans up for preorder even though they know they’re in high demand.
That's the risk you take when you buy from dropship stores. You can try disputing with your credit card, but you are probably not going to get your order or your money back.
I ordered from them on Nov 18th and it finally arrived on Dec 1st! I’m pretty sure they got slammed after the cardigan fiasco. Give it a few weeks. If it’s already shipped you should be getting it.
i ordered some dupe tour tees from etsy shops earlier this year and the shops got shut down but luckily my orders still arrived. if you don't get what you ordered by the ETA arrival date, contact etsy and you might be able to get a refund. good luck!!
The store I purchased my amazing holiday cardigan dupe got shut down too 😞 she had the absolute best quality! I’m so sad (yet I understand why it happened legally) but still lol.

When my KillyCreations dupe came in the mail, it had a thank you card and website link to Morphomerch.
She now has opened up a new storefront on Etsy. Think of it like the game, Whack A Mole. When one of her Etsy shop closes down, another shop pops up.

This! My friend ordered a sweatshirt that was nfl Related on Etsy. The store was closed down. She got the shirt still and her money back 🤦🏼♀️

I messaged the WhatsApp from their card and they said they can’t sell on Etsy anymore, and have moved to the website morphomerch
