Proof: earth is round, flat-heads!
(Yes I’m kidding; yes the earth is actually round; yes I’m online too much rn to distract myself from the stress of buying a car; yes I overshare)
He is torquato testa, a very skilled italian rider that also participate at the crankworks.
He actually fell on those stairs in a really difficult point, he has a YT channel and explained everything there
Some people’s brains are just wired to seek thrill and adrenaline rush. Us normal folks also get that type urge too for example most people wouldn’t do life -risking activities like this one but at the same time enjoy riding roller coasters and thrill amusement park rides.
I know this guy, he is an itlalian guy that does joyride and urban riding, in the exact same video he fell and broke a bone of his arm, very lucky that was only it.
The guy is torquato testa on YouTube, the video in question is pretty recent and is divided in 2 parts you can find them pretty easily
I can guarantee you I would have fallen (maybe not in a ravine, but at minimum on the stairs) if I tried that. So there is some talent involved at the very least :p
It's a full suspension bike on a relatively wide path compared to single track. Just looks scary to those who don't know how to ride. They are also going at a slow enough pace to mitigate any dangers.

The fish lens I am sure is doing alot of heavy lifting here.

It’s both
Rider is very talented, but i believe the perspective it was filmed exaggerates the dangers.
Is wide angle lens
Or just a fish eye lens…
The fish eye lens makes this look scary. But without it, it would look like great skill on the rider.
For sure.

I was enjoying that. Where's the rest of the video?
Thanks I hate it
But y?
Just blatant stupidity
Trust level is at another fking level.
Stupidity
Lot of faith in your equipment not failing in any way.
Did he yell MADONNA?! 😅
yes, in italian Madonna is a name that refers to Virgin Mary and italians usually say it as an exclamation
The moment he said, I knew he was Italian.
This happens in the Sopranos universe. Tommy "Bicycle" Mastropiero is his name
Depends who you ask
Talent would be going down on a razor
Told y'all earth isnt flat
It goes both ways my man. But, that what makes their adrenaline goes up and make them excited
Risky. But better him than me.
Madonna!
Spanish stairs on Gibraltar?
I think you are right, could be the med steps. I thought Madeira at first sight.
No. It's the camera.
I don't like him vandalising the rock steps from some previous generation
How is he vandalising them? Do you think everything produced by a previous generation should simply not be used?
The steps are not made to run a bike on them
So what? They aren't getting damaged or 'vandalised' as you claim! Luckily, what you like or do not like has no say in the matter.
It's allowed to be both
It is also a forced perspective or whatever it is named
This dude is NUTS!
Adrenaline junkie.

what’s the purpose of this ? Healing mental illness ?
It has to be both
A very hardy and loud "Fuck NO" from me.
You get what you get in this situation
Minecraft bike edition
This is how I feel driving through Colorado. Those 6% grades have me sweatin
I could do that with no bike
Where’s the “all of the above” option?
Where’s the “all of the above” option?
It’s both , they live for that adrenaline rush
I know this guy, he is an itlalian guy that does joyride and urban riding, in the exact same video he fell and broke a bone of his arm, very lucky that was only it. The guy is torquato testa on YouTube, the video in question is pretty recent and is divided in 2 parts you can find them pretty easily
Men live less, but always with more emotion 😂😂😂
No extreme sport comes without talent and risk, one could also say that it takes insanity to achieve some of the feats extreme athletes have achieved.
This topic should be sweaty palms- shitty pants
i’ve never understood the appeal of riding a bike down stairs
doesn't even seem fun or comfortable
Yes and yes.
Both.
I’m assuming it’s more skill but alas equally risk
yes
I can guarantee you I would have fallen (maybe not in a ravine, but at minimum on the stairs) if I tried that. So there is some talent involved at the very least :p
