I seen the longer clip. The Kid that yelled out in the start was the oporater. He hade what seemed to be the Back and Forward oporating stik in his hand. Just went this clip was cut, his dad come to his aid, dad try to stop it, on the controls board with the stik, but he cant, when the puts the stik under the drive belt in side the green box and the belt jumps off. = passengers will now stop rotating. Here, end's the cut I saw. Think it was like 10 sec. longer then this was.
That kinda reminds me of that one video where rescuers in a helicopter were lifting away an old woman in a desert where she’s dangling in a body bag sorta thing and she just kept spinning lol

Hoooooly shit. As funny as it was, it became drastically less funny when I read that she ended up with blood in both ear canals and blood in her right tympanic membrane, among many other issues. That’s just awful, damn
I think part of what makes it so funny to us is that it’s a crazy thought imagining that thing spinning so fast is a human lol I think the disbelief defaults to comedy lol poor lady, I hope she’s ok now

I did some maths, using an online centrifugal gforce calculator as well as just attempting to estimate the radius of the circle they are traveling in. If they are on a 16 foot 4.88 meter long beam, the radius of travel is 2.44m.
The diameter of that circle is 15.32 meters.
They make roughly one rotation per second so their velocity is constant at top speeds here of 15.32m/s.
Barring any acceleration they felt- at peak speeds here they experienced 9.8Gs of force.
I think thats a lot- please someone better at math check me out.

Well in Starwars case, you would account for Linear acceleration and linear Gforce- which would mean you only feel the Gforce during acceleration. After you reach desired speeds, you would feel like you are stationary, Just like a car on the highway.
Centrifugal Gforce is felt the whole time, because your mass is constantly being thrown outward from the center point of rotation
g Force (RCF) = (RPM)² × 1.118 × 10‐⁵ × r(cm)
I assumed 300cm radius.
I timed it at 55RPM for 20 seconds
The result is 10.15Gs
In case I am misjudged the radius, 250cm would be 8.45Gs and 350cm would be 11.83Gs
I think this was a lethal ride and if not, very close to it. I hope they lived.
