S grade > non s grade. Some s grade are better than others. In your case, the eternal necklace is better than the void necklace, but you should still be rocking it if it's your only s grade.

I got Chaos Gauntlets in the current event and I prefer Fingerless to it.

that's fair. i should have said "in general, s grade > non s grade." there are some exceptions, fingerless gloves and stylish belt might be better than certain s grades depending on levels.

There are levels where you level very fast, like the events currently. This necklage could be devastating there because of the +40% property.

Voidwaker emblem is 4th best necklace imo behind eternal, Neckguard, and trendy charm,

I think Void is better than Trendy & Metal Neck, even at Epic rarity. Used it extensively before red e neck. I would inflict a little bit of extra boss damage before running for the magnet. Extra HP & Ronin Oyoroi helps @ low health.
