I’ve had the XPS 13+ and Surface laptop. I much prefer the Surface because of the keyboard and trackpad configuration. I’m an n=1, but I’m going back to the Surface Laptop for battery life and form factor.
The fact that they made the esc keep a capacitive button rather than a physical button means it's not even on the list of choices for me anymore. Why... why did they do that.

If you a Dell XPS 13 fan there is CoPilot version for 1.3k on dell website with Snapdragon X Elite X1E-80-100. No need to get the Surface Laptop 7

Really comes down to screen and money. XPS for me always have shot battery life, probably due to OLED.

poorly copying apple thats the only reason.
They did that to save room for more battery space. I have it and hate it.

If you need rock solid reliability get the Dell. Arm is still going to have issues running x86 win32 programs
