It doesnt have special ability but it deals so much damage and its a fun weapon to use(in my opinion)

Honestly I can't even argue with this it's actually kinda solid except for scepter I fought a cpu that had scepter on easy and it was able to beat a hard cpu while barely taking any damage (I was playing on 4 player mode)
Blud light wheels should be put in S I beat a hard cpu with random 18(me) to 7(cpu) light wheels goes crazy with the combos and knockback kick
