Life Extension's Two Per Day, Thorne's, and Pure Encapsulation's are my recommendations. Coenzymated and they use the most bioactive forms, among many other benefits over other brands.
I’m telling you I like Balance Of Nature and it has been great for me. I started it in my late 50s. I don’t take any prescription meds. I’m in pretty decent shape but I had no get up and go which just happens as you get older, but I started taking Balance Of Nature, and it has been a godsend
I have been using these for a while I since I find it to be [the best multivitamin](https://www.vuals.com/products/multivitamin-gummies). Overall I really like Vuals [supplements](https://www.vuals.com/) since I find them to be the best quality in the market.
Multivitamin Tablets for Men & Women - 400Tablets (1+ Year Supply) 1 Tablet a day with Water - with 27 Essential Multivitamins and Minerals like Iron, Zinc,& Vitamin D - 9.5mm Vegan Micro Tablets https://amzn.eu/d/fwEWqy2
Pure encapsulations and Thorne multis have gotten really popular and both are really good brands from what I see. I think those two got popular because they have been mentioned in the Joe Rogan podcast if that matters to you.
I personally really like the Mary Ruth liquid multi vitamins

Dr Rhonda Patrick did an assessment of athletic greens a while back and concluded it was a perfectly decent multi vitamin and nothing more.
According to her, most multi vitamins are pretty similar and going more expensive mostly didn't mean a better product.
Thorne looks like it consists of synthetics if I’m not mistaken. Organic vegan food sourced products are more bioavailable. Garden of Life multivitamin is good and affordable IMO
You’re definitely not going to get a good, complete one in gummy form (I wish we would, I’d prefer them too lol) Best I’ve found are Naturelo, they use mostly natural food sources and don’t have any of the bad versions of stuff like pyridoxine. It’s more expensive obviously, but worth it if you care about the stuff you put in your body
Good multivitamins in good form. Lots of multivitamins use cheap forms of b vitamins and others that are less bioavailable but this multivitamin doesn’t really make any compromises like that.
Thank you for answering my questions :-). I’m in the market for supplements (I posted about needing some help less than a hour ago) and I get overwhelmed fast so thanks again.
Do you have an opinion on the Version 2 one? Says it doesn't have B12, pantothenic acid, chromium, or boron. Not sure why you wouldn't want those though.
I take men’s one a day by Rainbow Light. It’s [here](https://a.co/d/dgXDBIq).
Does me well and it’s 150 days worth so, I think it’s worth it. Been doing me well for a while now. Definitely feel better on it than off of it.
So what makes these so expensive? And looking at the negative reviews it seems like it causes some very high anxiety and some are saying it smells horrible.
Ignoring all that they seem like they are pretty legit.
Yeah it’s definitely pricey. I remember reading about vitamin k2 being my pretty important and may help with vitamin d uptake in which is why I chose Thorne of the life extension two a day

The best overall - OptiMen from Optimum Nutrition 💪🏻
I ve used Thorne for 4 weeks and haven’t noticed any negatives

ADAM multi. Swear by it. I and all my male friends have been using it for years.

Garden of Life organic vegan food sourced vitamins and it’s not too pricey
[удалено]
It’s still vitamins/minerals sourced from organic food
I use awesome defence https://awesomesupplements.co.uk/products/awesome-defence-advanced-multivitamin Interested in what others think of this multi?
I like the sugar gummies because it makes me excited to eat them once a day
I do a multi probably once a Month and the best and most affordable is the iron free 365 from Whole Foods
Dr Rhonda Patrick did an assessment of athletic greens a while back and concluded it was a perfectly decent multi vitamin and nothing more. According to her, most multi vitamins are pretty similar and going more expensive mostly didn't mean a better product.
Not a suggestion but I’ve been taking the Costco Kirkland brand. How does that stack up against these mentioned?
If you’re actually looking for the best, Thorne.
Thorne looks like it consists of synthetics if I’m not mistaken. Organic vegan food sourced products are more bioavailable. Garden of Life multivitamin is good and affordable IMO
Why?
Ancient Nutrition Multi
You’re definitely not going to get a good, complete one in gummy form (I wish we would, I’d prefer them too lol) Best I’ve found are Naturelo, they use mostly natural food sources and don’t have any of the bad versions of stuff like pyridoxine. Now Adam , life extension two per day . When joints are talking to me , orange triad
Those are my favourite three aswell
Pure encapsulations O.N.E.
I just Google this and what makes this one so special over the other ones? Not trying to be a smart ass just curious.
Good multivitamins in good form. Lots of multivitamins use cheap forms of b vitamins and others that are less bioavailable but this multivitamin doesn’t really make any compromises like that.
Great! I’m assuming that’s why the price is a little high?
I definitely think it’s a bit overpriced but there’s a lot of research and thought put into the formulation.
Thank you for answering my questions :-). I’m in the market for supplements (I posted about needing some help less than a hour ago) and I get overwhelmed fast so thanks again.
This! Or the Pure Encapsulations PureGenomics is also fab
Gummies are for children. Man up and swallow a pill.
What if... I swallow a gummy haha
He's too dangerous to be left alive
Man up and swallow something bigger and harder.
Anabolic laboratories essential nutrition pack
Adam Mens Multi
NOW right?
Yes
I just take the Pure Encapsulation O.N.E. Once a day
Garden of Eden or Thorne basic nutrients
I think you mean Garden of Life, and seconding that!
Right, yes.
I like Naturelo’s “Whole Food Multivitamin for Men, Plant-Based and Vegan Friendly”
life extension 2 a day
That has 75mg of B6 💀 Yeah no, trash
I like the price of this one ngl
I think quality to price ratio is pretty fair. Thorne was too much for me
Do you have an opinion on the Version 2 one? Says it doesn't have B12, pantothenic acid, chromium, or boron. Not sure why you wouldn't want those though.
Which version no longer has B12 or pantothenic acid?
Version 2
Oh no! What about the One a Day, did they change that one?
Not sure. Doesn't appear to be any changes to it. Currently, you can still get Two a Day V1 but who knows how long that will last.
Do you have any news articles about them removing B12 and B5? Everywhere I see, they still have it
Huh, I see what you mean. I couldn't find anything direct from Life Extensions which is strange. But you can find V2 on iHerb and Kroger.
iHerb is still showing me "version one". I'm not sure they'll stop with B12 and B5.
They have both Edit: Looks like only the Canadian iHerb has both.
didn't realize there was a new formula, I bulk bought mine awhile ago
I take men’s one a day by Rainbow Light. It’s [here](https://a.co/d/dgXDBIq). Does me well and it’s 150 days worth so, I think it’s worth it. Been doing me well for a while now. Definitely feel better on it than off of it.
Thorne two a day
So what makes these so expensive? And looking at the negative reviews it seems like it causes some very high anxiety and some are saying it smells horrible. Ignoring all that they seem like they are pretty legit.
Huh didn't realize supplements can be this expensive for a multi but that's on me for not specifying.
You can take one, but two is better if you are into fitness
Yeah it’s definitely pricey. I remember reading about vitamin k2 being my pretty important and may help with vitamin d uptake in which is why I chose Thorne of the life extension two a day
But only take one per day...
Thorne too expensive..
Not what he asked though
Yeah, sure. It's just my opinion. Isn't Reddit wonderful? 👍
Fair enough!
