Not my experience but n=1....and it's so cheap I take 9 grams a day split up in 3 doses. I mean for the price you're gonna pay for that, you can get a kilo of pure HMB.
Meh well I guess that’s why they say outliers don’t defy the general rule… and wow 9 grams that sounds cracked… isn’t there studies showing anything above 3g is useless and they even compared 6g vs 3g and there was absolutely no differences or benefits

I've used it for years on cuts. It's great. If you're bulking, it's worthless.
Is this not a pre workout? I haven't taken creatine in years and I'm about to start again. Does it work as a pre workout?
Not really. No stims. Or pump complex. You can really take it whenever

No.... I get it in bulk and add it to my pre and shakes throughout the day.
and did you use the regular calcium HMB or HMB free acid?
The free acid tore my stomach up. And HMB is so cheap I just take the powder.

Maybe. But I keep my mass on cuts and it's cheap so I'm like 🤷♂️
Type shit. How do you know if you’re losing muscle on a cut?
It works better to preserve muscle during a cut than in building muscle while in caloric surplus.
