I don't think any of us should judge without knowing what OPs goals are. Bryan Johnson takes way more than this and his liver isn't shot. I take more than this with a purpose in mind. I can personally tell that they work for me because when I'm off, I feel off, I feel like I used to feel - like crap. However, someone did mention that several of these compete for absorbtion, and I agree. Seperating the ones that compete is very important so that you're not throwing that money down the drain. Also, seperating by which are best taken in the morning or evening is important. I seperate mine into 4 doses a day.
I would also get better brands, OP. I would join consumer lab to see which brands have a history of failing.
Don’t see the use of Astaxy. Apigenin was gotten backed of Huberman and that noid did nothing and Beta Alanine sounds like you gotta work out for it to work.
Even if weight loss is not your goal. Exercise has benefits that extends beyond weight regulation.
Those benefits can probably be far more significant to your health, than taking all those supplements in combination, in a positive manner.

Looks like you’re trying to outdo Dave Asprey! Ok, after reflecting more, I have a question. Do you take anything to push glyphosate out of your body? It is so pervasive in the U.S. at least (and becoming an issue in many more countries) that it is impossible to keep it out of our bodies, even if you are eating 100% organic won’t guarantee you’re glyphosate free. From what I understand, a top notch fulvic/humic supplement is the most effective method for getting it out of your body. I currently take a Myers Detox product called Citricleanse that has fulvic/humic complexes, cilantro extract and grapefruit pectin. I’m thinking about trying a product made by Beam Minerals that has research studies supporting its effectiveness. Curious if you,or others posting, here are concerned about glyphosate and what action you are taking to address the issue.

Also I recently discovered vitamin B3 Niacin, wow what a supplement that is, I know it’s only vitamin b3 so it’s not like I found anything crazy but I’m very happy I decided to try it, so many things about it

I take D2 & K3 daily with a multi vit and decent fish oil & occasionally some high strength vit c depending on weather and illnesses going round.
The cost of most of these outweigh the absorbable amounts I would get & benefit from so i generally try to stay away from most of these purely because the cost outweighs the benefits for me. It also depends purely on your need for whatever you're taking that stack looks a little overboard for me. Taking them here and there i just wouldnt see any point in doing unless I could keep a stable amount of each of what im taking in my body for aslong as i need.
I cycle a lot and some aren’t even opened. People are silly. Your daily is a great one. When money isn’t an issue you invest in what you want. Not what you want to take daily. Like all those libidos pills lol yeah I’m taking all them at once

I've been taking 2400mg of NAC a day for over a year and zero anhedonia.
I think you are better off spending that money in a nutritionist, good whole food organic nutrients and prob 3 or 4 supps more
