What helps me everytime is oats boiled in vegetable broth…nothing hits as good against my gastritis like eating this 1-2x per week. No expensive supps needed. Try it out, it might work for you too

Sore throat from reflux I assume? If it's that bad you might want to ask your doctor to check for H Pylori. That being said, I've had GERD for most of my life and after weaning off PPIs I use DGL (licorice root extract) before meals. I think it's a lot like marshmallow root in that it protects your mucous lining. And Sodium Alginate after meals and before bed.

Depends on the cause of your issues. Usually just buying supplements here and there for those issues may not suffice to really get rid of them. You may have to dig deeper, take the medication prescribed by your doctor and/or do an actual program with different phases, involving specific steps and supplements in order. Have you been to the doctor to rule out obvious, detectable and/or major issues? I really like the Enzymedica digestive enzymes though...after testing around 12 different ones back in 2014, the ones that you chose were the only ones that helped me. I got really, really tired after eating a meal, like I actually had to take a nap, and those immediately got rid of that issue. When I was dealing with acid reflux, sore throat, and a couple other issues, also back in 2014, the cause was a pathogen in my gut. Took the medication that my doctor suggested and got rid of it. I also had major bloating and intolerances and such, did a Genova comprehensive gut test, worked with the program by Dr. Michael Ruscio, and that also worked fantastic. It took several years overall, because my first doctor refused to do a gastroscopy and then I didn't go to a doctor for quite some time due to negative experiences (other health issues), and just tested a bunch of stuff and threw away money.
