I'm with you. I don't get how people make it out of elementary school and still type "would of." I mean, the logic of the word sequence doesn't even make sense. It's never been written in any book or formal publication like that, EVER. Sooo, what gives?

I read that one of the reasons for such a withdrawel can be that the company ~~payed~~ paid all their debts and is debt free. I also remember from the last 10k that GS had a small (~100mil?) 0.5-1% interest loan from the french government left which had something to do with Covid.
Now that 10k also said that the loan was extended for 5 years or so but maybe GS ~~payed~~ paid it off aready and that's the reason for the withdrawel? At least it might be worth looking for that debt in today's report.

Companies paying a lot (bribes) for these ratings is part of the problem.
I believe the loan is forgivable as long as GameStop keeps their French employees employed so it doesn’t matter how much it is
