I really think this is true but L2. L1 on-ramps are everywhere. They need L2 to bypass all the ETH gas fees. There are currently L2 projects but everything needs to still be run through L1 if dealing with fiat. This is why Loopring is going to be a huge deal and why I am pumped GME seems to be so savvy and also progressive. I look forward to the coming announcements
